Very well received, good presentation, clean and the main thing was, just a bedroom and shower, small for people with a large build and a very quiet place, responsive to our questions, great stay

Very good stay at the cottage, Pierre's hosting was great. The cottage is spacious, clean, comfortable, very well-equipped and the environment is quiet in the heart of nature. Ideal location for visiting Broceliande, I would recommend it without so much as a second thought!!

Laure is a great host who knows how to welcome her guests, everything is incredibly well done, full of thoughtful touches. And it's the best I've done, honestly. She's super responsive. Caring. I recommend 1000%.

We had a great week at the place and felt completely comfortable. Hubertina and Bernard are very pleasant hosts, you feel right at home. The small cottage is very cozy and stylishly furnished, everything is very clean and the kitchen is well equipped, we often cooked. The stairs to the bedroom have narrow steps and are steep, so you have to be careful. There is plenty to discover in the area and we got great tips. We are more than happy to recommend.

This listing is perfectly in line with the description and photos! The instructions are clear, self check-in is very simple. The apartment was very clean and very nice, quiet, with everything you need, and of course the bonus with the sauna! The location is perfect for going to town and a few minutes' walk from the train station. I had a perfect stay at this apartment and I would not hesitate to stay there again on future trips.

Very nice apartment on the third and top floor of an old building close to the port and the historic center. Ideally located with private parking nearby. Warning for people with reduced mobility, narrow spiral staircase. Small, nice, quiet terrace. Neat apartment, we had a pleasant stay.

Apartment with a lot of charm. Lots of original or really old fixtures, without any loss of confort. Very well located, perfect spot to walk and discover the city. Kitchen well equipped. Wonderful views from the living room. We would certainly stay again if repeating in Rennes!

My daughter and I stayed here for a week and had a fabulous time. The apartment was beautiful, spacious, felt like a true relic. The location was definitely full of young adults, lots of personality, and tons of bars and shopping in walking distance. It could be noisy at night, but we enjoyed the music and could simply close the windows and it was peaceful in the room.

Great family weekend (4 teenagers and 2 kids and 7 adults) everything was as advertised by the owner! Comfortable villa for 13 people. Activities on site for everyone and very pleasant. Comfort 5 bedrooms, large living room. Easy and responsive contact with the owner. Lots of info about outings around but in 2 days we mostly enjoyed it on site!
