Nearby: La Gacilly and its photo festival, Rochefort en Terre, Josselin, Forêt de Brocéliande, Branféré animal park, Vannes, Golfe du Morbihan, Quiberon, Carnac. Beaches about 45 minutes away.

I welcome you and welcome you to this independent accommodation of 30m2, functional and comfortable with its king size bed. Located at the gates of the legendary and mythical Brocéliande forest. You will find across the street, a supermarket/bread shop, a bar-tobacconist. Pond 300m away. Bed and bath linen are provided Breakfast not included. Notice to nature lovers,you will find just a few kilometers away, sublime landscapes, a guaranteed change of scenery.

The house, surrounded by wooded and flowered grounds, is located in the center of the charming village of Néant sur Yvel, heart of Brocéliande. You will enjoy the tranquility of the place while enjoying the proximity to the bakery and restaurants.

Upstairs, a family room with a 140 bed and 2 twin beds. Located 20 minutes from Rennes, 10 minutes from Rennes St Jacques Exhibition Centre, and Ker Lann-Bruz Campus, 1/2 hour from Brocéliande, 1 hour from St Malo, and the Gulf of Morbihan, and 1.5 hours from Mont St Michel.

This townhouse is close to all amenities. Designed to accommodate 6 guests, your kids can have fun in the play area designed especially for this purpose. The house consists of 3 levels served by two spiral staircases. Both bedrooms have their own bathroom. In one, a shower, in the second, a bathtub. Bedroom on the 1st floor: double bed. 2nd floor bedroom: double bed + pull-out bed (2 single beds) Easy parking nearby.

Charming little quiet house

My house is very nice, quiet, with a large garden facing west. A living room-kitchen on the ground floor with a sofa bed for the brave. A large room on the 1st floor, with a piano, in which I give Yoga classes, also equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed, and 2 small bedrooms on the 2nd floor. 2 good places to park. The garden is a little wild, but if you look hard you will find strawberries, raspberries or grapes!

Please note, country house, rooster, church, spiders and flies are present. Non-functional fireplace. Close to the Brocéliande forest, between the towns of Guer, Malestroit and Ploërmel, in a small quiet village. The house consists of a room with a kitchenette of about 40 m2, with a newly renovated bathroom and toilet. Upstairs, two bedrooms including one large one.

Close to many villages to discover: Malestroit, Rochefort-en-Terre, Josselin, La Gacilly... and the Brocéliande Forest.
