Perfectly equipped kitchen: induction stove, combined oven/microwave, large fridge, dishwasher, coffee maker & Dolce-Gusto coffee machine. Toilet area with shower. Separate toilet. Dressing room and storage. Guests can enjoy the garden where table and chairs are available. Located close to the city center and 5 min to the train station. Parking is available in front of the house.

Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where we arrive) of a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also without any vis-à-vis, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and sunbeds, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in the summer, from June 26 to September 6.

In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. This cozy studio, next to our home is closed to the down town and the train station. Dol is ideally located between Mont St Michel, Dinan, Cancale and St-Malo : it is an ideal starting point to visit the region, the main tourist sites are about 20/25 mn away It's next to the sea ( 7 km)! The walls of the house being very thick, the studio is perfectly isolated phonically. The bedding 2 people is new. In Dol, you will find supermarkets, crêperies and restaurants.
