In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs, and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from June 22nd to September 8th this year, 2026, and is shared with us (who go there very little), with guests always having priority.

It's a family house located in a hamlet 500 m from the Villecartier forest and 3km from Bazouges la Pérouse, a small village full of character. Old but resolutely modern by its comfort and its decoration, it is an ideal place for a family vacation or a friends getaway. The tranquility of the place will suit both people wishing to rest or being active seeking to discover the beautiful region.

Treat yourself to a break of sweetness and well-being in the heart of the bay, close to Mont-St Michel, Cancale and St Malo. Our cottage consists of 3 fully independent accommodation units, designed to preserve calm, privacy and comfort. The accommodation "LE NACRE" corresponds to the house located on the left in the photos. Each accommodation can be rented separately or together. A wellness area, located separately, is offered as an option and by reservation: jacuzzi, sauna and hammam.

If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

In front of the house, you will enjoy a very sunny and quiet area for breakfast. From the room you can access a charming walled garden that is also sunny.

Ideally located 15 min from St Malo and 35 min from Mont Saint Michel, close to the divided highway. Pets are allowed and welcome. Possibility of horse boarding or to enjoy the services of the equestrian center (rides, lessons...) Lodging well-equipped and comfortable. Please note that linens and towels are extra!

Independent country house, Rental only from Saturday to Saturday during school holidays and the summer period, and a minimum of 3 nights for the rest of the year. Accommodation for up to 6 guests. The rate is the same for 1 to 4 guests. For any additional person, the rate is automatically adjusted on the site to €20 per person per day. House suitable for families with children and babies Surrounded by a large wooded lot for guaranteed tranquility.
