Small cottage between land and sea

In a small, very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 min) and Saint-Malo (15 min), the vacation rental is a completely independent studio apartment on our property. Accessible by a staircase and not overlooked, it has a private garden, also not overlooked, with a table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table, deck chairs and barbecue. The swimming pool, heated to 28 degrees, is open from around June 22nd to September 8th and is shared with us (who use it very little), with guests always having priority.

The accommodation "LE NACRE" corresponds to the house located on the left in the photos. Each accommodation can be rented separately or together. A wellness area, located separately, is offered as an option and by reservation: jacuzzi, sauna and hammam.

In winter you can spend cosy moments in front of the fireplace, and in summer you can enjoy the mildness of the garden and the calm of the surrounding area. With one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with 3 single beds, the house is perfect for groups of up to 5 people. If you're planning to come as a group, don't forget to book wooden house no. 2 as well! The house is classified as a 3* furnished holiday home.

Do you love nature or animals? Come and recharge your batteries in our beautiful Breton house located in the heart of an equestrian center. Ideally located 15 min from St Malo and 35 min from Mont Saint Michel, close to the divided highway. Pets are allowed and welcome. Possibility of horse boarding or to enjoy the services of the equestrian center (rides, lessons...) Lodging well-equipped and comfortable. Please note that linens and towels are extra!
