Small cottage between land and sea

We are the first house (or the last depending on where you arrive from) in a small very quiet hamlet between Dinan (20 minutes away) and Saint Malo (15 minutes away). The cottage is a completely independent studio on our property. It is accessible by a staircase and is not overlooked. It has a private garden, also not overlooked, with table and chairs, umbrella, coffee table and deckchairs, barbecue... The pool, heated to 28 degrees is only open in summer, from June 26 to September 6.

Ideally located 15 min from St Malo and 35 min from Mont Saint Michel, close to the divided highway. Pets are allowed and welcome. Possibility of horse boarding or to enjoy the services of the equestrian center (rides, lessons...) Lodging well-equipped and comfortable. Please note that linens and towels are extra!
