Allìsola è un'antica residenza siciliana, immersa nella splendida area protetta del Plemmirio, a pochi km da Siracusa. Da un unico corpo sono state ricavate tre raffinate case, indipendenti fra loro, inserite in un unico grande spazio esterno con angoli verdi, terrazze e una rilassante piscina. A disposizione degli ospiti c’è una terrazza privata con arredamento per esterni, un grande giardino con piscina in condivisione con gli ospiti della struttura e un parcheggio immerso in un uliveto.

La villa è circondata in da un parco di proprietà di 8000 mq ricco di vegetazione tipica siciliana (ulivi, carrubbi, mandorli, pini mediterranei, alberi di gelso, alberi di fico, giardino roccioso con macchia mediterranea).

“unpostoaparte" è una grande casa in legno (Xlam) nella quale viviamo e nella quale abbiamo realizzato tre camere, ognuna con ingresso indipendente, che si affacciano sul mare della riserva marina del Plemmirio. Gli aromi delle piante del giardino mediterraneo con palme, capperi, gelsomino, menta, basilico e citronella mischiati alla brezza marina rendono l’aria frizzante e profumata, la riserva protetta è a pochi metri dalla stanza….

A pochi chilometri da Siracusa, nella splendida penisola della Maddalena, Casa Caterina offre un soggiorno confortevole e tranquillo in una delle zone più belle della Sicilia. A 14 km da Ortigia, 20 min dal centro.
