Strategically located off of Hwy 50 with Sly Park Lake 5 miles down the road, and Forebay Reservoir just down the street. Extremely private for the whole family and your well-behaved pets are welcome also. Apple Hill is just down the street; Sierra at Tahoe is approx. 30 mins away and Lake Tahoe is 45 mins up the freeway.

This is a cute second story guesthouse. Its’s very private, located on our 83+ acre vineyard/ranch. We have a 6 acre working vineyard and commercially growing Zinfandel, Petite Sirah, and Muscat Canelli The guesthouse has recently been up-dated and is light, airy with many up-scale features and amenities. It’s a very private setting with no immediate neighbors. There are approximately 140 wineries within a 25 mile radius of our place.
