The pool can be heated on guest request, with additional fee. The area with sun loungers is most of the day in the shade and offers a breathtaking view of the picturesque landscape - pure relaxation!

New 2025. 5 star villa in Crikvenica is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Enjoy a large 40 m² pool with integrated massage, surrounded by deck chairs and a spacious terrace equipped with a barbecue and garden furniture overlooking the sea and nature. The villa is fully air conditioned, all 5 bedrooms, and the living room has its own air conditioning (total of 6). Electric vehicle charging stations are also available for guest use.

The accommodation Rosemary is situated in a quite street with a view of the Adriatic Sea and a Meditterranean garden, near the beaches, restaurants, shops and other services. Aside from a bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom it has a big terrace with lounge chairs and a table. It is equipped with new air conditioning, plasma TV and internet connection. Parking is secured in front of the house. p.s We dont charge any fees for your pet!

The Azure apartment is a spacious 80m2 accommodation in Crikvenica, just a 5-minute walk from beautiful beaches and shops. Pet-friendly Monty's Beach is 7 minutes away. Ground floor, sea-view terrace with a barbecue. Newly furnished with TV, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee machine, and air conditioning. Two bedrooms with double beds, wardrobes, and private bathrooms. Free parking is available in front of the apartment.

Apartment Mari-Mir is located on the first floor. It consists of two bedrooms, living room with sofa bed, well equipped kitchen, bathroom and balcony. This lovely apartment can confortably accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. Private parking, air condition and free WIFI are on disposal. The stay of one pet is allowed with an extra charge of 10 euros per day.
