Vacation rentals with a patio in Plaza Area, Kansas City

2 bedroom, 2 bath for us two couples with nice size bedrooms. Spacious living and dining combination room. Kitchen was good sized and was well appointed with dishes, coffee maker, and pots & pans. We were there for a wedding in Bonner Springs. Our 4 night stay included some tourist sights and wedding events in downtown KC which was a less than a 30 minute drive away. We would definitely stay there again.

We have stayed in many AirB&Bs and this home in Overland Park is the best one we’ve stayed in! It was squeaky clean, had quality craftsmanship, tastefully decorated, well stocked with anything you may need, a comfortable bed, and the perfect location! I appreciate that Cheryl and Steve warmly greeted us upon arrival, and were available next door if we needed them. However, they also gave us plenty of privacy. We didn’t cook, but there was a full kitchen we could use if we stayed longer. We appreciated the washer and dryer and closet to hang up clothing as well as the comfortable sleeping cots for our two young kids. The huge Farmers Market was temporary relocated behind the AirBnB, which made a perfect place to get breakfast on Saturday morning. Down the street there was a playground and a park, which would be nice place to go with littles. They also have a swing set in their yard, which was nice for our kids to get the wiggles out before we hit the road. We will return for sure!

We stayed at this beautiful Airbnb to celebrate a wedding in KC. Everything was in top notch condition and extremely clean. The host was helpful and checked in throughout our stay. I highly recommend!

This was the second time I stayed in this place. It provides everything I need for a relaxing me time get away. Absolutely love Tami, she’s amazing!

Rob and Brenda had a very nice spot in downtown KC. We had a concert at the T-Mobile Center and it was really nice to walk over. Plus there are a multitude of wonderful restaurants in the area, as well as, the apartment is situated close to the river market district!

Kristen’s Place was lovely! Small but super clean; we were on the go and it was all the space we needed. Amazing location; we were all over KC that weekend and were within 20 minutes from everything. Took a lovely walk around the grounds of Nelson Atkins early morning. Just incredible!

Ryan & Michelle host a very cozy spot with very beautiful surroundings & scenery. Their hardwork shows in both landscaping & cleanliness throughout the property and house. It was a pleasure to meet them both, very nice people! Would absolutely stay here again. 10/10.

We had a wonderful stay at the house! It’s such a cozy and charming space, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We absolutely loved our time here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a cute, welcoming spot to stay.

great clean place with many convenient restaurants and shops. only downside was how busy the road was but that's what you get when you're in a busier part of the city.

A great place to stay while visiting KC! We came in for a royals game to cross a stadium off the list and it was a short 20 minute drive to the park. A great place that was well kept and looked exactly like the pictures. Very walkable part of town with the highest rated barbecue place in the city just a 5 minute drive away. Would highly recommend.

Connor is a phenomenal host. My wife & I have stayed at Connor’s beautiful Airbnb home three times & have it booked at thanksgiving this year too. Connor’s house is spotless & extremely welcoming & comfortable. The neighborhood is active but peaceful & very safe. We couldn’t be more satisfied & definitely hope to continue staying at this beautiful Airbnb home for years to come. Thank you Connor for making our stay fabulous. Jeff & Connie

My family and I were in KC for a few nights and this was a perfect place to stay. It was close to everything we needed, easy parking, great hosts, and a clean, unique spot. Would definitely stay here again!

Easy to find and close to the highway. Beautiful back yard for enjoying the nice evening.

I live nearby to this rental, but needed a larger space to host my friends for a few days while they visited Kansas City. This was the absolute best decision we could've made for that exact purpose. there are a ton of places to walk to in brookside in addition to the trolley track nearby- which provides an incredible opportunity to walk and bike to a huge variety of places in the city. the home was clean, and the instructions provided were very clear and helpful. Jackie is very responsive and has done a great job. if I have family or friends in town again, we will definitely rent this place if possible! if you like the brookside/waldo area of KC- then this is a good place to stay. (pinnacle of the city to live in, in my opinion)

We adored our stay in this artfully decorated and intentionally stocked home. From touches like extra throw blankets to a variety of products in the bathroom to cozy little nooks for chatting throughout the space, this was one of our favorite Airbnbs ever. Tina was helpful and responsive. We couldn’t get over how healthy her house plants were! Would definitely stay again, if life brings us back to KC!

This is a fantastic place to stay. The neighborhood was quiet. In my morning run I had lots of great architecture to look at. The home was clean and spacious and had a lot entertainment

Sage is a wonderful host, very thoughtful and proactive. The guest suite is comfortable and has everything you will need for a stay there. The condo is in a great location very near the Nelson Atkins art museum and a few blocks from the Plaza. I would definitely stay at Sage's place again.

We enjoyed our time at Pamela’s property. Loved the park view. Very easy to get around. Lots of great areas within walking distance. Very comfy bed. Fully stocked if you want to stay in. Bathroom area is a little tight, but totally doable. Street parking and we never had an issue getting a spot. Would definitely stay again and really appreciate the wonderful, quick communication.

Great layout for families. Beds were super comfy. Close to lots of things.
