Newly remodeled kitchen! A peaceful 650 square foot 1 bedroom, 1 bath space with full-size appliances. The bungalow / back house is separate from our main house with a private entrance through the driveway. Very central location in Los Angeles - about 1 mile west of downtown Culver City. Due to a severe dog allergy in our family, we cannot allow dogs (not even service or support dogs). Smoking anywhere on the property will be subject to a fine. Absolutely no weapons allowed.

Our apartment offers a living room, full kitchen, laundry facilities, and two bedrooms with queen-size beds. It features air conditioning for both heating and cooling, and dedicated parking. All televisions are equipped with NETFLIX and AMAZON TV. The location is convenient, just a 5-minute drive from LAX, and within a 10-minute walking distance to shops and restaurants. Beautiful cottage in Culver City
