We loved staying here! It’s a great location, walkable to fun Venice Beach spots. And it’s a very clean, comfortable place. Michael was a very responsive host and even agreed to letting us check in a little early which was very nice. Thank you!

Felt safe during staying the property. Did not bother by street or neighbours’ noises. A minor thing that could be improved is that we found some cockroaches in Kitchen. I’m not quite sure whether this is common in LA area or not.

Truly such an amazing Airbnb along with great customer care experience from host. Laura was super kind enough to let me check in earlier than the listing had stated so I could prepare for an upcoming graduation. The environment is perfect for two people - furniture was super comfortable, bed was clean, comfortable sheets, and the rest of the house was just in pristine condition. Throughout the trip, Laura made sure to check in on me to see if anything else was needed which says a lot! She truly cares about her customers and their time spent while visiting. Thank you again so much for hosting me! I look forward to booking again when I visit Los Angeles. 1000/10 recommend this Airbnb to anyone! This deserves to be a super super host ;)

Nadia was super communicative and helpful! The space was perfect for us as a hub for my husband and I and our two little ones. Would definitely book again when we visit the area!

Stayed a week at Tom’s place. The space was beautiful and looked just like the pictures! There is a grocery store 2 mins away from the apartment, and tons of restaurants near by. Also so close to the marina and easy access to the highways to get to different parts of LA. Would recommend and will definitely be back!

the stay was very cozy and comfortable for especially for a solo trip but also nice for couples. the bed was extremely comfortable. and candles in the room. the building itself was easy to find but was a little confused with parking and getting up. but the host communicated very quickly any time i reached out. the only thing i didnt like was the view from the balcony. you only get to see neighbors and i was expecting to see the pool. overall i would book this stay again as it is worth the price

The views are wonderful and walking around the marina is pretty. The condo is spotless. Claudia was extremely responsive throughout the rental. I see why she is Superhost. It was winter so we didn’t use the pool, but the pool area and close-by patio area with hot tub are nice. Whole Foods in Venice is great and close by, as is Costco, so we had many meals at ‘home.’ A few cons: there is no bedroom. It is a studio. No fluffy white towels in bathroom as shown. Can’t use the small balcony. Finally - not a reflection on the host at all, but the building has shared water and morning showers were not always hot. Evening showers were fine. A nice place if you want a home base away from downtown in a pretty area.

I really did not want to write such a positive review because I want to live at this place, and as I’ve found out, it’s very rarely available because of the exceptional location. If you see this place is available just book it. Do not hesitate!!!. Example; if you were at Louis Vuitton on Rodeo Drive and your friend was at this property you could hear each other breath. The area in general is unmatched. The people unchallenged in any realm of Humanity. Shay the host was incredible too, hence why my Karmic retribution gene kicked in and forced me to share this hidden gem. For the past 6 years I’ve lived in LA and I’ve finally found a place called home. Remember!!! Do not hesitate just book it or you’ll be left waiting months for it to become available again.

If you’re visiting the LA area this is the perfect location. Everything is 10-20 minutes within distance. Santa Monica was 35 minutes! My stay was great. It was very clean and I loved the decor. They are also 420 friendly. The only downfall in my opinion is the bed. It was not comfortable for me at all. We had issues with the key fob for the parking gate to open/close but the host responded quickly and brought another and made it right. The area is clean and peaceful. I recommend this stay! You’ll enjoy 😊

This a great Airbnb! It is very nice, clean, and has everything you need. It is in a safe location and there are tons of restaurants and coffee spots in the area.

I had a wonderful stay at Rochelle’s place! The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. Rochelle was an attentive and communicative host, making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming, with great local spots nearby. I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the home that made it feel warm and inviting. I would absolutely recommend staying here and hope to return in the future!

Neal's apartment felt like a second home from the moment my son and I walked in! This welcoming one-bedroom is filled with beautiful plants (as a huge Pothos fan, I was in heaven!), and you can tell Neal has put thoughtful details into every corner of his humble and pristine space. The location is fantastic - quiet, safe neighborhood that felt perfect for a mother-son getaway. Everything was spotlessly clean and Neal was an excellent host, making sure we checked in safely and had everything we needed. My only tiny suggestion would be adding a few more spices to the kitchen - a little garlic salt, Adobo, or paprika never hurt anybody! 😊 But honestly, that's being picky because everything else was perfect. Fun coincidence: Back in 2017 when I worked in pharma, one of my clients was Kite, whose HQ is right around the way from Neal's place. Small world! We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely return. Thank you for sharing your beautiful space with us, Neal!

We really enjoyed our stay at M’s place in the Venice Canals. So lovely and serene, such a good location. It’s within walking distance to Venice Beach and easy to get around LA via uber. Very safe area too, lots of dog walkers and people walking through the canals but quiet and peaceful at night. Inside was equally lovely with a large bathroom and comfortable bedding. Overall we would definitely recommend this stay 💚

The apartment is close to a busy street in Culver City, and yet it was very quiet. Everything was clean and comfortable. Easy in and out! And Brendan is a very responsive and flexible host. I needed to check in early to make a previously scheduled meeting. Brendan accommodated with no hesitation! I would certainly stay here again if I need to be in the area.

When I tell you that Smitha thought of everything, I mean she thought of everything. Every little thing! Extra beach towels, boards, floss, fresh fruits, extra blankets, a bidet, ice… Things that wouldn’t even think you’d need. The attention to small details is very clear. The space is cozy and clean. The yard area was a literal sanctuary to me. I would go out and sit by the fire pit at night and in the morning just taking the beauty in. I highly, highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in a beautiful house, in a beautiful city.

Will definitely stay here again

This was a fantastic stay, especially if you are trying to be not so close to the beach. It’s a 10 min drive to the beach or any other attraction in Venice, without the busyness.

Jorge was a great host and extremely accommodating. Apartment is in a great location with grocery stores, various retail and entertainment venues all accessible. We didn’t have a car and that was fine- everything walkable and rented bikes from a place about 15 minutes walk. Biking down to Manhattan Beach along the shore is highly recommended. Spent some time at pool and hot tub. HiHo Burger was lunch two days in a row! Having Ralph’s and Trader Joe’s was a plus.

Vic’s place was great! The location was perfect, we loved strolling with our 5 month old on the marina promenade. We were able to spend an hour at the pool (smallish, but the pool deck is very swanky, felt like an upscale hotel), and our baby had his first “swim” there! The apartment was the perfect size for us two adults and the baby, and Vic had a pack and play already set up. The living room/kitchen is one large open space, and my sister and her fiance (who live right around the corner, our reason for choosing Vic’s place) and my mom were able to come over and we all fit very comfortably for a casual dinner. We loved taking our son out on the patio and he liked to watch the cars go by. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

I love this condo in Westwood -- I am a return customer. FABULOUS location in Westwood near everything and perfect for UCLA. It has parking (!!) and a pool and you can walk to campus, walk to Target (many time if you are helping a student move. Many, many times!) Lots of restaurants all over and Trader Joe's right downstairs. The place is lovely. Great kitchen and bathroom. Super clean and lots of fun.

Maria’s home was fantastic. Location was perfect. The apartment was incredibly clean and equipped with everything you could need. The views were amazing! Check in was straightforward, we followed the instructions on the booking. Needed to make a brief call for Maria to verify but she picked up on the first ring. Also had a small issue with parking (not Maria’s fault at all!) and she was very responsive and dealt with it very quickly. All in all, our stay was wonderful. Thank you Maria!

Johnny's place was great, just like the pics. The rooftop pool was awesome and provided great sunset views. Johnny was very responsive, and would recommend his place to stay.
