Quintas Calalas sits on a 1/2 acre of land and is a relaxed 5 minute walk from the ocean. There is private access to a stretch of beach that is great for boogie boarding, playing in the waves, and surfing the "boom". The Boom Oasis - Punta Aposentillo

The Boom Oasis is your destination for a northern Nicaragua vacation. Available November- April. You’ll be greeted each morning with the sunrise, ocean waves and birds song. Located on the Boom Beach and the point of Aposentillo, if you choose to not surf, you have direct access to the point for fishing and shell hunting.
