Perfect place to relax. We had great days at Still Salty Escape. The staff is super friendly and supportive. The location is just amazing! The best place to enjoy the ocean and the best spot to watch the sunset. Food is delicious as well. We loved it there and can highly recommend this place.

Our stay at Jennifer's place was simply wonderful. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The location is perfect, right on the beach, offering spectacular views and a relaxing atmosphere. The house is spotless and well equipped, with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and worry-free stay. Jennifer was an exceptional host, attentive to every detail, and always willing to help with anything we needed. We enjoyed every moment and will definitely be back. A truly enjoyable experience in a place we already consider our second home.

Great place with all the peace you need. Right on ocean towards the end of a dirt road. No traffic, very quiet. Sandra is very sweet and will help you with stuff you need but will also leave you alone. The hostel next door has quest you can socialize with if you feel like it. The town with supplies is a short Moto ride away or a 20 minute walk. Kitchen allows you to cook and store food in the fridge. Look out the window and check the waves when you wake up. Great stay all around.

Grace's place was an incredible experience. It's a special place. The entire property is curated so well you can tell a lot of love went into this place. Grace is the best host and her staff are very fun and friendly. The cafe Grace has on site took the experience to another level! Its close to the beach and other local restaurants. I can't wait to go back! Thank you Grace for all that you offer!

We had a brilliant stay at Las Dunas! There was an issue with our booked dates, so Madeline found an alternative location for our first night (included in initial price), and arranged all transport and food. Very helpful and kind staff over all! We were able to hire a motorbike and surfboards easily! We’re not very good as speaking Spanish, but this was not an issue!

Casa Boom was a unique and incredible stay. We stayed at a few different vacation rentals while in Aposentillo and by far our favorite was Casa Boom. The house is located on the beach and just few minutes walk to the boom break. We also walked to another sandy bottom beach break (left break) about 8 minutes away from the house. OMG Amaru is directly next door! This was great for yoga and pizza night. The house itself was super comfortable, it had cold a/c in both bedrooms, hot showers and fast wifi. The pool and rancho were our favorite part! We did a barbeque on sunday on the grill. And the caretaker Yelson (sp) was super helpful and such a nice young man. We are already planning our next trip to Nicaragua and we wiil certainly return to Casa Boom! Our "Nica home".... Gracias Yelson por su ayuda!!!

Our family’s stay was spectacular! Nice short walk to the beach where we learned how to surf. Plenty of local bars and restaurants close by where we enjoyed delicious food and drinks. Everyone we met was helpful and friendly. The property is clean and well cared for. Steve was responsive to our questions. Relaxing poolside at the home with great sunset views (and the occasional horse passing by in the distance) will be a lasting memory for us all.

We loved our stay at Steve's. The AC worked great. We had the second bed set up and it was really nice and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. It was really remote and no wifi - great place to unplug. Short walk from Nahualapa.

The place was beautiful! It is a quiet and very comfortable place to stay, the casitas are new and have a great view of the ocean. The whole place was very clean and nice, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay in the area. Lacie was very easy to deal with, and was always quick to respond.

We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The house was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped, and the pool was definitely a highlight. The rooms were comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Communication with the host was excellent.

Great stay in Las Dunas. Very close to different beaches and restaurants, with a pool and restaurant in the mere resort. Issaac and Mayerling were amazing and offered several recommendations. Pet friendly :) Back!

From the moment I inquired, communication with Ryan & Casey was prompt, detailed, and super helpful—5-star service. Once booked, they provided great info on getting to the house and helped arrange transport. Carmen, the housekeeper, greeted us warmly, kept the house spotless, and even did our laundry twice. Alex, the caretaker, ensured we always had drinking water, which was a big plus. The home is in the gated Chanceletas estate with access to a pool, bar, and games—perfect for our teens. The walk to The Boom was short and easy. We recommend stopping at La Colonia in Chinandega for groceries and booking Carla to cook—her meals were delicious and very affordable. A beautiful home, great location, and kind, helpful people. Highly recommend! Thank you again for a great stay.

Really enjoyed our stay. Cant beat the location, the room was beautiful. There is a good afternoon breeze so the temperature was fine without AC. Host family on site are very kind and friendly, they were happy to help with any queries. They even shared some of the fish they caught with us! Due to the water set up, during power cuts there is no running water at this accomodation so we couldn’t shower or flush the toilet. Power cuts seem to be common during the rainy season so keep that in mind if you’re going to stay here

Juan is a very nice and helpful host. The accommodation is right by the sea and has a large terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The Boom is about a 20-minute walk away. We have extended our stay from 1 night to 14 and highly recommend this place!

Casa Amarilla was the perfect place for our family of five to stay by the coast. The house is spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed, including a great kitchen to prepare meals. Ivona sent plenty of information and responded to all our queries. The couple who live on site at the other end of the garden were welcoming and super helpful. We loved watching and hearing all the birds that flew through the palm and jícaro trees all day. 100m to a beautiful stretch of beach that we had to ourselves most of the time. Paradise!

Our recent stay at Marvin's place was magical. From the moment we arrived, Marvin's attentive hospitality made us feel right at home. The beach access was straight out of a dream, with the yard boasting a raised cabana overlooking the serene waters. Embracing the outdoor living experience was a highlight, offering a refreshing change from the usual confines. The house was well-furnished, catering to all our needs for a comfortable stay. The true gem of our visit was Elba, the neighbor and caretaker, whose exceptional cooking and cleaning services added an extra layer of luxury to our vacation. The bathrooms are not that of a 5 star hotel. Expect basic, clean, spacious and functional. There is no hot water - par for Nico. You don't need it. Our time here was marked by a sense of joy and tranquility that seemed to permeate every corner of the home. We highly recommend Marvin's place for anyone seeking a memorable beachside getaway.
