Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Playa Negra

This was s last minute booking and we ended up getting in late at night. Kristel was very helpful at the late hour and we had a terrific stay! It was a little difficult to find in the dark and rain but easy to find in the daytime!!

We can’t thank Annie enough. She helped us get transportation from San Jose to Cahuita gave great recommendations for food and fun. Our Airbnb was absolutely so adorable. We could not have had a better experience!

this place was as we had hoped, it was so nice having a private pool for when it got hot and humid and we didn't want to walk to the beach! having a black sand beach 5 minutes away was so beautiful as well. we really enjoyed our stay

Natacha was great and amazing with us !! She communicated well with us and helped us arrange anything we wanted to do or looking for. If we needed information about anything she was always accommodating us. She did not come back with just one recommendation but several. Always checking in on how we were doing, and if everything was OK, or if we needed anything. La Casa Del Mango was very clean and well organized. The amenities, awesome, well stocked with everything you would need. This whole place is amazing. Oh !! did I mention the pool, amazing. Oh !! did I mention Martin (Natacha husband) super nice, also amazing, Oh !! did I mention the wildlife, amazing. I can keep on going, and going, about La Casa Del Mango in a positive direction but I will end this review with saying that La casa definitely deserves 5 stars out of 5. Nope !!!! no negatives from our family vacation, would recommend to anyone.

I want to share our experience for our 9 day stay. Coming into Limon there was an accident I had emailed our estimated time of arrival to our host But traffic was backed up, we were stuck in traffic for 4 hours. our host was super communicative and as we got closer he met us at the property about 5 hours late so glad for his help getibg us aclimated to the aurroundings. one day we had no gas to cook and I contacted the host and he had us fuel in 15 minutes. we saw monkeys and a sloth right outside of the back porch. very comfortable property but remember you are in a jungle setting. your doing to see bugs and mosquitoes. Well stocked kitchen utensils, good wifi, great ac, comfortable beds and we felt safe there. We would stay there again. thans for hosting the three of us.

una estadía maravillosa, tuvimos la visita de algunos animalitos como el Martilla (marsupial) y una ardilla sin pena con los humanos :) muy bello lugar, muy cómodo todo y espero visitarlo de nuevo

El hospedaje fue mejor de lo que nos imaginabamos, muy cerca del centro , de las playas y restaurantes. El airbnb está hermoso y super limpio. La cama bastante cómoda. El lugar es privado y silencioso por lo que disfrutamos bastante nuestra estadía. Fueron tan serviciales que hasta nos dieron la bienvenida con un bowl de frutas frescas. Demasiado detallistas, vale la pena guardar este hospedaje para futuros paseos. Muchas Gracias

Great host Stephanie and Co- host Meri very responsive and flexible. Very clean units , we stayed in studio for a week and like it rebooked one bedroom few weeks later and we will go there again. Great location beautiful beach kind of private. There is close by restaurant Almond &Corals if you buy drinks or food you can use their beach sitting area,we found it useful if you needed beach chairs. Pool is deep and cold a little bit small but you don’t needed since the beach is very close and beautiful. We really enjoyed the birds in the morning while having coffee. The place is small and cute very modern kind of smart houses, furnished thoughtfully, just needed more specific instructions to use the entrance doors,for example to activate the locks you can’t wave to activated needed to be in touched the surface get the light to enter the codes opposite than what we have. That would be nice if they had flash light for nights and umbrellas for rainy days. We enjoyed our stay in Casa Camerlo

Are you prepared for music and street party until ‘round 1:30am? Do you enjoy a firm king size mattress, cool AC, mini fridge with a kicking little freezer, plenty of living space and a chill deck with just enough width for two chairs and table to watch the party unfold? If so, this is it. If not, I understand and I’ve been there. At this moment, embracing humanity and One Love it is important. Two nights in Paz’s end suite unit was the exact right call. Yummy food, drinks and shops in every direction and even across the street in the live music joint. Embrace it with all your heart, spirit and soul.

Wir hatten Jessys Unterkunft durch Google im Internet entdeckt. Ich buche eigentlich lieber direkt beim Gastgeber. Airbnb bekommt für jede Buchung einen Anteil von ca. 20%. Wir waren eine Woche bei Jessy. Es handelt sich um eine schöne Unterkunft mit einer sehr gepflegte Außenanlage. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt ist das Apartment etwas beengt. Ich würde anderen Gästen empfehlen, in diesem Fall das größere Apartment von Jessy zu buchen, denn das hat einen großen Esstisch. Ein sehr großer Vorteil war, dass wir die Gemeinschaftsterrasse mit Esstisch nutzen konnten. Sie befindet sich direkt neben dem Zimmer. Jessy stellt ihren Gästen Spiele, einen TV und Alexa zu Verfügung. Man kann auch einen großen Grill auf der Terrasse benutzen. Das Internet ist in die Region manchmal gestört und etwas langsam, aber Jessy bekommt bald einen schnellen Glasfaseranschluss. Abschließend kann ich euch sagen, das Jessy eine sehr aufmerksame und freundliche Gastgeberin ist!

Ich kann nur jedem, der nach Punta Uva kommen will, diese Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Das Strandhaus ist sehr einfach eingerichtet aber es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Man ist unmittelbar am Strand und wir haben die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge am Strand von Punta Uva beobachten können. Man befindet sich inmitten der Natur und wir konnten auch einige Tiere im Garten von Mollys Unterkunft entdecken. Wir hatten die schönste Zeit hier. Am Tag der Abreise hat uns der Sohn von Molly noch Kokosnüsse geöffnet, aus denen wir das Kokoswasser getrunken haben - so lecker. Er hat uns sogar noch Kokosnüsse mitgegeben. Die ganze Familie ist unfassbar nett. Es ist ein wunderschöner Ort und es ist genau so, wie von Molly beschrieben. Wir hoffen, dass wir einiges Tages vielleicht wieder kommen können.

I stayed at Manu’s jungle loft for 3 weeks and had a wonderful time. The space is comfortable and rustic, with wonderful views and a very comfortable bed. The beaches nearby are some of the best in the world, and it’s very easy to walk to nearby restaurants or grab a TukTuk any time. Manu and Lucas were kind and gracious hosts. I hope to stay again!

This is an awesome place to stay, rest and/or work. It feels and is a peaceful and quiet place where you will enjoy your vacation, the pool is very familiar, you can see the ocean from the balcony, and it is a fact that you will see very relaxed iguanas taking the sun <3. Dalma was very friendly and responsive... I'd love to be back again!

El lugar tiene una buena ubicación, muy cerca de las playas y el supermercado, la comunicación fue muy buena!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft! Alles sah aus wie auf den Bildern und war total sauber und neu. Die Lage ist ebenfalls super, die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, aber sowohl das Zentrum von Puerto Viejo als auch Cocles sind super zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt :)

Bill was a gracious host and knew the island like the back of his hand. I would 1000% recommend his place to anyone looking to come to Bocas. He’s is extremely helpful and accommodating. Thanks!

I had a perfect stay in Puerto Viejo and in Ernyk his airbnb. He helped me with extra requests which was very nice. The house is very new and beautiful, a lot of green and animals around + only 5 min bikeride to shops and restaurants. Another plus is the eco friendly elements in the house. I would recommend this place 1000% and hope to return someday.

La residencial es bonita y segura. El host contesta a tus preguntas y es amable. La ubicación es buena si tienes carro y en caso no, puedes pedir taxi por aplicativo

We absolutely loved staying at Jan's place. Both Jan and Yoshi went above and beyond in answering any questions we had prior to arriving, including providing us a connection to book tours ahead of time. They were also flexible and kind when our plans changed a couple weeks before the trip, and we very much appreciated that. When there, they sent us lots of recommendations for beaches/restaurants, along with answering any questions we had promptly. The house was clean and the gardens were just stunning. With the private gate and location we felt safe staying there, and the possibility to lock valuables up in a safe was a great extra option. We loved being able to just walk a few steps to the beautiful beach even just to have our morning coffee by the water :) All in all, we would definitely recommend staying at Jan/Yoshi's place. The beautiful location combined with the responsive, helpful hosts made our trip so enjoyable. If ever in the location we would love to stay again!
