The studio has a private bathroom, a double bed, Wi-Fi, a TV with Roku, and a dining space or workspace area.

We are meters from the sea, next to an incredible coral reef where you can snorkel and enjoy the wonderful underwater world (beach club). A few meters from Punta Sur is the Mayan temple of the goddess Ixchel, where you will contemplate stunning sunrises and enjoy beautiful views.
