We stayed here Easter weekend for family vacation with our 3 college age kids. The home is beautiful and comfortable. View is amazing. Location was perfect for exploring. Octavio was very responsive and shared recommendations,

Bueno: * Ubicacion, amenidades y utensilios en general * Proceso de llegada y salida muy ágil. * Tamaño de la habitación y habitabilidad (aunque la vista sea parcial al mar). * Comunicación con Diego y disposición para ayudar muy destacable! * En general, el estudio es lindo y cumple su función, la cama y almohadas son muy cómodas, se descansa de lo lindo! * Aplaudo mucho que sean 100% petfriendly! Gracias por mantenerse actuales y atender huéspedes con esta necesidad y gusto! Por mejorar: * Aire acondicionado no se puede regular * Agua caliente tarda en salir (se desperdicia mucha agua por ello) * Ruido del exterior en general (para personas sensibles, puede costarles dormir xq se escuchan los autos en la avenida y unos ventiladores que trabajan 24h). A mi no me afectó pero es algo a considerar. * La secadora, licuadora, estufa, refrigerador y a/c ya requieren mantenimiento o renovación. * La insistencia de vendedores * Costo de daypass o breafast pass es carísimo, no lo usé.

This place was great. I was there with 12 of my best friends and everything worked out perfect staying at Daniel’s place; the house was a great size and the location was very convenient! We enjoyed being right on the beach, and the pool at the house was perfect for what we wanted. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful time! We had 2 6 month old babies and they were very accommodating with pack n plays and a high chair. So that made our stay very comfortable.

Hermoso alojamiento, cumplió con todas las expectativas. Súper céntrico y enfrente de playa caracol. El centro de zona hotelera muy cerca y la parada de autobús también.

Beautiful home in gorgeous Isla Mujeres. Love the kitchen and all of the nice appliances they had. They take great care of their home, beautiful decor, and was the perfect place to stay in paradise. Loved the rooftop pool and amazing ocean views. Definitely check out a golf cart if you plan on staying at this location. Their concierge Gustavo was wonderful, was able to connect us to a fantastic local baker, and went over and beyond with recommendations.

We so enjoyed staying at this property on the south end of the island away from the hustle and bustle (although it is easy to get around via taxi or golf cart). The view was stunning, the condo was comfortable and had everything we needed! We enjoy snorkeling and appreciated the short easy walk to the beach club-and appreciated the snorkeling gear! I will recommend this property to friends and family and will definitely stay here again!

It was a great find! Just take the buses to where you need and you will be fine. The airport was close too! Amazing views!

The view was stunning. Absolutely breathtaking, it was my favorite thing to wake up to in the morning. The airbnb was maybe about a 8-10 minute drive away from the main hotel zone area

This was a great stay good location for a day trip to isla mujeres, safe in the hotel zone and close to shopping and nightlife would definitely recommend. It is a bit noisy at night but it was manageable for me I would stay again.

Marina’s villa is just as described in the pictures: conveniently located on the beach, easy access, well equiped, quiet, comfortable, and very clean. The shopping center, restaurants and a supermarket are at a walking distance. Marina is very responsive. We would like to visit again.

Todo perfecto. Silencioso para dormir, bien ubicado, amplio, limpio y cómodo. Mejor de lo que se ve en las fotos y en la descripción. Volvería a ir y lo recomiendo

I really enjoyed my stay at this condo in Cancún! The unit was clean, well-appointed, and offered stunning views. The location is super convenient—right across the street from the ferry to Isla Mujeres, which made exploring the area a breeze. The private rooftop was a definite highlight—such a relaxing space to soak in the surroundings. The rooftop pool area is also lovely and a great spot to unwind. Eric, the owner, was very communicative and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth. I’d gladly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a stylish and well-located spot in Cancún!

Tuvimos una excelente estadía en este departamento, sus dueños son muy amigables y atentos, se preocuparon todo el tiempo para que nuestra estadía fuera de lujo. Algo adicional que me gustaría destacar es que frente al departamento hay un lago muy lindo, donde se pueden ver los atardeceres y compartir un rico momento, comiendo algo, tomando una bebida o simplemente contemplando el lago.

We enjoyed our stay at Maria’s place , its on the quiet side of the building towards the Lagune .It matches the photos and it was well stocked , she even had a 1st aid kit . If anyone likes to cook there are plenty of pots and pans in good condition which is rare sometimes. Maria was a good communicator and allowed us to check in early which we really appreciated. Thank you for hosting us

Rafael fue un excelente anfitrión, en todo tiempo fue muy atento y estuvo pendiente a cualquier duda que tuviera. El apartamento es muy cómodo está muy cerca de todos los puntos de recojo para los tour. Luce igual que en las fotos y lo más interesante es muy moderno. El condominio cuenta con un portero que siempre está pendiente de las personas que entran y salen del lugar dándote la sensación de seguridad. Lo recomendaría 10/10

Andrea's space was in the perfect location with an amazing view from the room. Although the interior was touch outdated it was well worth the price! The staff at the space was extremely attentive and friendly and made our stay very enjoyable.

Amazing location in hotel zone and very walkable to food, beach, and night life. I was a solo traveler and it was great for my stay

Perfect location, the view is incredible. Parking is private with gate and the pool was amazing.

Excelente lugar organizado, limpio, con todas las amenidades necesarias... Muy bien ubicado cerca de la playa y de los lugares de diversión en la zona hotelera... Rodrigo excelente anfitrión, estuvo al pendiente y nos dio diferentes recomendaciones.... Super recomendado

All excellent, good apartment with good view. Only the balcony door is a little hard to open and close.
