Brand new apartment, very complete and in an excellent location.

The apartment is quite spacious and in a very good location. There are pharmacies, stores and restaurants practically in the same building. It is recommended to bring shampoo, soap and conditioner as there were none of these products when we arrived. In addition, cleaning staff entered the room when we were out without having consulted, which can be uncomfortable if there is no prior notice.

The images and descriptions match the location. The region is beautiful and safe. A lot can be done by walking.

My stay was excellent! The apartment is very beautiful and extremely clean. The view from the balcony is spectacular The wifi worked perfectly I'll be back :)

All spotless! Spectacular ocean view with terrace. Very comfortable apartment with 2 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Everything worked perfectly. Beach service, tennis court, very good gym, heated pool, quincho and outdoor pool. In front of the mansa beach! Ivi always attentive! Thank you so much! A few divine days!

Very well located apartment with all new structure and available for use. Very close to the port, supermarkets and the main avenue of PDE. Maria helped us quickly at all times. I recommend it to everyone.

The house was absolutely stunning! Paula was an amazing host—responsive, warm, and helpful throughout our stay. We loved the peaceful location, surrounded by beautiful old trees that gave it privacy and charm. The home itself was spacious with a wonderful open-concept layout. One of our favorite features was the kitchen dining area, where the large sliding doors opened up to the outdoor patio and pool area—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors. The backyard ofcourse was the star. The house had a few quirks, as homes sometimes do, but Paula was quick to answer any questions and made everything easy. My family loved our time there and we’ll definitely be back on our next trip down to UY!

Pablo's house is literally IMPECCABLE, the photos of the house look nice, but experiencing it is even better! Both Pablo, the owner, and Paola are wonderful hosts, always attentive to inquiries, very helpful, and flexible with check-in and check-out. Decorated like a magazine, with the luxury of a 5-star hotel but with the warmth of a home. Equipped with everything new, spacious, comfortable, clean, tidy, with everything you need for your stay and top-notch linens. The huge grill, with firewood to make a barbecue immediately and enjoy the outdoors in the cozy garden. The place is quiet, with permanent security and with the convenience of having one of the best beaches in Arenas de José Ignacio in front. A kids club 50 meters from the house, with playground games, zip line, soccer field, and a very nice pool. An immense pleasure as Pablo and Paola welcomed us, total thanks to both of them for their hospitality! A house to return to whenever we go to José Ignacio, 100% recommended!!

A super enjoyable, spacious, comfortable house with everything you need to spend a few nice days. The location is unbeatable with direct access to the beach. We recommend it!

The cleaning was impeccable, house clean, smelling , and very well organized. Very helpful, polite, and quick respond host. Perfect location, with market , butcher shop, restaurants nearby. The luxury condominium safely. Very close to Enjoy, Punta beach and centrinho. The house with large rooms, full kitchen, very well-equipped parrilla area, large patio, wooded with a gorgeous lawn. Our children played and had fun in the house! We'll be back for sure!

We simply love this place! m I felt totally at home. Beautiful Apt, with a breathtaking view of the marina, the spacious and super comfortable bed, rich kitchen in utensils, thick bath towel (different from other airbnb), clean and smelling bedding. In addition, the location is wonderful, two blocks of the market, ice creamer underneath, close to everything. I have absolutely nothing to complain about, we really came out very pleased! I had the feeling that the host thinks of all the details. I can say it was the best Airbnb we have ever stayed!!

The stay was great. Spectacular view. Affectionate reception, with lit and aromatic candles. What we needed was answered promptly. Useful information is that there is no hair dryer, local voltage is 220v. But it has all the other utensils, super complete kitchen. It has an iron and bed linens. We felt at home.

Belén's apartment was perfectly clean and had everything we needed for our vacation. Belén was always attentive when we had any questions. I recommend this place as well as its hosts.
