Our apartment is located on the ground floor, facing the sea, in the exclusive "Terrazas de Manantiales" complex, a few steps walking towards the beach. In high season there is a lifeguard. The place is ideal for relaxing with family or friends. You'll fall asleep to the sound of the waves. It has beach service, swimming pool and gym. It also has a private covered garage for the car. Important clarification: in high season (December to February) the minimum stay is 10 nights.

La Locanda has four houses distributed in a wooded garden. Each has a bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, and winter garden. Located in a quiet area, in front of the San Vicente mountain and a few blocks from the beach, which can be reached in 10 minutes on foot. The buildings are handcrafted by Adri and Tato and have clay interiors and a living roof, which provide the interior with good thermal insulation and warmth. (There are 2 dogs, 3 cats in the place)

The house is located on a plot next to the host's house, having a totally independent and non-shared entrance and all the facilities.
