Apartment in very good condition, similar to the photos and with a large terrace with a direct ocean view. Easy access, located in a condominium that has everything for guests: swimming pool, laundry, gym, concierge, etc. Very good location, beachfront and with sunshade and beach chair service. The host is very friendly and serious.

The apartment was just what we were looking for, something practical, in a good area, close to gastronomic and quiet areas. To accept our two cats was very important and they felt comfortable at all times. The equipment in the apartment is the necessary, nothing was missing. Despite belonging to an old building and not being so modern, the apartment manages to stand out with its decoration and details. The hosts were always available and in touch, being very friendly at all times, sharing the fair and accurate information for a better experience. We will definitely be back here!

Everything is impeccable. The apartment is very well located, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets and the port. With direct access garage through the building. It was well equipped. We went in winter with a small child and we had no problems with the cold, it was well equipped with coats and air conditioning for the rooms. The host responded quickly, always ready to answer my questions. Recommended for a visit to Punta del Este.

The apartment is more comfortable and bigger than it looks in the photos. It's very, very bright !!! The kitchen is complete, with all the necessary utensils. The pool is heated and the park surrounding it is very spacious. Francisco was always very willing to help and quickly answered the messages I sent him. The concierges and staff working in the building were very friendly and helpful at all times. Close to everything, no car needed, everything within walking distance: Mansa and La Brava beaches in 10 minutes, Fresh Market supermarket (Disco Parada 5) 500 meters away. Punta Shopping and Tienda Inglesa are 15 minutes away. Downtown of the Peninsula 20 blocks away.

The apartment has a spectacular location, with very nice views and close to everything. The service from both the owner and the reception was impeccable!

We went with the family to the Normandy house, we spent a phenomenal few days. The house is very suitable to receive a large group of people there were 16 of us and we were very comfortable. The house is 2 blocks away from the beach and very close to everything. Mayid's attention was very good. The house comes with everything you need to cook and spend family days like in your home. We will definitely be back

It was a great days. We used the grill a lot, the bathrooms are impeccable, the kitchen too, and it maintains the traditional aesthetics of the San Rafael neighborhood. Those in the know know that it has its own style. The house is located in a quiet area, ideal for relaxation and family. I recommend it.

We loved our stay at Anne's place. It's perfect for two couples since it has two bathrooms. We loved that there are two patios, one for the morning coffee and asado, and the other for evening cocktails and watching the stars. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable house, clean and tidy, with everything you need, just like the photos. A well-kept garden and very nice grillero. Diego is very friendly and always attentive. Recommended!!

The stay was very nice. We were the end of tourism and we spent very quiet taking advantage of the patio in the hours of solcito, and the stove when it was already starting to cool down. There is a lot of nature around, at night you hear the waves of the sea and in the morning you wake up with the singing of the birds. The hosts were very accommodating, they were available, making sure we were comfortable. As for the area, it is quiet, there is a supermarket 5 blocks away, a warehouse 2, and a bakery 24hs 10 blocks (very rich and complete). As shown in the photos, there is a garden that we used with respect and care, accompanying the pizza with fresh basil. There are two cuddly and friendly dogs that come by to say hello and do some company if they see you outside but never enter the house because they are very respectful. Meets everything you need to disconnect from the routine of the city.

Highly recommended. The building is part of the tradition of P del Este, the location is excellent, the depto is as described, the heated pool is a plus, and Roby was always attentive to our requirements.

The apartment is as they offer in the publication, ideal for what we are going to enjoy the beach and very well equipped. Excellent location crossing the boardwalk you are in La Brava and close to downtown and La Mansa. Adriana is always attentive and decisive to inquiries or needs. We were very happy and will be back. The apartment de Agustín is beautiful as I know advertised... located in a place of easy arrival and with a lot of shops pharmacies Cine and whatever you ask at your fingertips. The place is small but very cozy and very neat to make everything more pleasant... it has elevator although it is on the second floor by the staircase you perfect.. The pool is a wonder my son, my lady and I really enjoyed... Thank you very much Agustín for facilitating our stay. We highly recommend.

We spent almost a month in this beautiful apartment, where we felt right at home. The location, steps from the sea and in one of the most beautiful areas of Punta del Este, is fabulous. Lelio was very kind and Wilton, the manager, was extremely warm and decisive. Ester, the lady who cleaned the apartment, was also very attentive.
