We had an amazing stay at this lake house! The space was clean and exactly as described. One of the highlights for us was the sandy beach just steps from the house—it was perfect for relaxing and letting the kids play. We also had a blast using the volleyball court right by the water, such a fun bonus! The peaceful setting, comfortable beds, and well-stocked kitchen made it great for our family get together. Rachel was friendly and responsive, and everything about the stay was seamless. Highly recommend and would definitely come back!

This cabin was a perfect location for a mini family reunion. Beds were comfortable, everything was very clean and the kitchen provided all the appliances from home! Highly recommend morning coffee on the patio to watch the sunrise across the lake!

We had a great stay at the cabin and host was very flexible with our requests to host some local friends and family. We took full advantage of the outdoor space, shaded patio, plentiful seating and fire pit. The kids enjoyed the river activities, both playing in the water and kayaking. It was a great weekend for our family and the place and host are great.

Cozy, quiet and beautiful view especially at night! The home was very clean, mattresses very comfortable. Friendly neighbors and a quiet community! We will definitely stay here again!

Kara and her husband Beau were very hospitable and made sure we got settled in okay, offering information on the local area if needed and letting us know how to get a hold of them if we needed anything or had any questions. The tiny home was well kept, whimsically decorated, and comfortable. All of the seating areas around the property made for a relaxing stay while enjoying the views of the lake. My partner and I really enjoyed our stay at Ebb and Flow Casa. Would recommend this to anyone looking for some rest and refresh.

We had a fantastic three-night stay at Michaela’s home while in town for the Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting. The location was ideal—just a quick 10-minute drive to the CHI Health Convention Center—yet it felt like a peaceful escape tucked away on Carter Lake, far from the hustle and bustle of downtown Omaha. Michaela is a top-notch host: responsive, thoughtful, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and local tips. The house itself is incredibly well-equipped and thoughtfully stocked—everything from a charging station with every type of cord imaginable to a reverse osmosis water filter and even a medicine cabinet with handy over-the-counter items (which we thankfully didn’t need, but it was so nice knowing they were there!). The home has a warm, charming personality, and the smart layout made the most of the space. It was a perfect retreat after long days at the conference. We’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Omaha!

Beautiful house and tons of amenities. Fit all of our needs and looked just like the listing. Being on the lake was amazing and they left a ton of supplies for us to use in our free time. Price was also amazing for the location!

The cabin is great - secluded and right next to the river; awesome for exploring. The cabin was clean and perfect for people looking to enjoy each other’s company. Christine is very responsive and was very friendly. 10/10 recommend.

This is, hands down, the best Airbnb we have ever stayed in! So family friendly and small child friendly. Sarah has thought of everything! So many great and unique amenities can be found here! 5 jeeps, weight/size labeled lifejackets, toys, bedtime books, spices, Tupperware, S’mores kit, extra toothbrushes and floss, hair ties, wireless speaker and much much more! The property is a great mix of beach and forest. It is nice & private and conveniently located off of the highway. The kayaks and paddle boats were so fun to take out and the kids had a blast on the lily pad and slide. The game room was so fun for both the kids and adults and made for a good indoor activity on our rainy day. The beds were comfortable, towels and beach towels for days! The washer and dryer are industrial size making it so nice to go home with clean clothes. The kitchen & closets have labeled cabinets, drawers, and baskets making it so easy to find anything. We were amazed! Wish I could give it 10 stars!

This îș a nice house and a great place for a large group. We had 9 people and it was still spacious and comfortable. The kitchen has useful appliances and all the tools for large meals. They have an outdoor gas grill too, but we didn't try it. The bedrooms are all large and the beds comfortable. Bathrooms are clean and well stocked. The basement is a full walkout at beach level with a nice fire pit and some seating. There's a large deck off the main floor too with more seating. It's a great outdoor space. The house is in a neighborhood about 30 minutes south of downtown Omaha, but only 5 minutes from downtown Papillion and 10 minutes to a Walmart and most other amenities. Downtown Papillion has several restaurants and a cool old-school Dairy Queen. The lake in back of the house has a nice sandy beach. It makes for a beautiful view in the morning/evening.
