There is a play-sets and enjoy the security of a 6-foot privacy fence. We are just outside Offutt’s back gate. Within 20 minutes to Henry Doorly Zoo, Charles Schwab & Werner Park ball fields.

Shares an acre of land with the main house, built in 1892 and occupied by the owners.
