As always the place is beautiful , clean and well managed. Ben is communicative and friendly as well as the staff that help out. If you’re looking for a place close to the beach with easy access to food, parks and the outdoors this is the place.

The place looked exactly like the pictures. The views and proximity of the lake were excellent. The home was clean and inviting. We can't wait to book again with David.

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

We were in town for the Bayshore Marathon, and this was a great spot! Views of the Bay, walkable to downtown TC. Quiet street. Comfy and clean space. Thoughtful touches throughout. Highly recommend!

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Sean’s place truly feels like a home away from home. It’s thoughtfully designed with unique touches that make it stand out. The amenities are great—from waterfront access to a sauna by the dock, perfect for a refreshing swim-to-sauna experience. The location is also incredible. We loved exploring nearby towns, discovering an organic winery, and relaxing at local breweries that offer stunning views of Lake Michigan. Sean was an exceptional host—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely hospitable. We’re already looking forward to coming back in another season. If you’re considering this stay, don’t hesitate—book it! Empire Beach House was amazing! The location was convenient and easy to find. It’s next to the public beach and boat launch, but noise and traffic one would expect were a non-issue—just low key, friendly locals who respected the private beach and took great pride in the natural beauty of the area. The house itself is spotless, incredibly organized, very comfortable and beautifully decorated with high quality furnishings and appliances. The views from the deck overlooking Lake Michigan and the Dunes to the North and South were jaw dropping. Spent more time there than anywhere else. We highly recommend the Empire Beach House for families and friend groups of 4-6 ppl. Looking forward to visiting again soon!

The place is adorable and peaceful. The decor is cottage cute! Being able to walk out the back door to Lake Michigan for a bonfire every night was amazing!!! Three chairs are set up by the big window with sweeping lake views to chill in the evenings. Just be aware the place is smallish and no dishwasher so I would keep it below 6 people, but it worked out great for the two of us on our anniversary. It was romantic and a super pick!!! You will not be disappointed. We were pleasantly surprised!!! :)

Beautiful home in a gorgeous location - perfect for our family getaway!

Spent Memorial Day weekend in this peaceful home amid the trees and beautiful scenery. The house was spectacular and the responsiveness spot on. Our family didn’t want to leave. Thanks for having us and I hope many others enjoy as much as we did.

This cabin is absolutely perfect, it has a stunning and private view of the river to enjoy on the dock, sitting by a fire, or on the covered porch. You can feel the love of the home eminate from all of the original finishings and antiques & collectibles inside. We would highly recommend this space to anyone visiting the area.

We were impressed by the comfort and welcome of the little red cabin. The hosts were wonderful, amenities plentiful and the cabin was cozy. We very much enjoyed the fire pit and the rocking Adirondack chairs. The outdoor space allowed us to soak up the sun and gain a quiet break from the city life. Easy to drive around this area + we really enjoyed our time spent at the cabin cooking meals and spending time with our dog (it was so amazing that there were bowls there for him). The location was perfect for us. We look forward to returning for another future visit.

We had a great stay! The unit was exactly like the pictures and fully stocked with everything we could need. The hosts were very responsive and clear with answers to our questions. The location was perfect with restaurants and activities within walking distance and offered a gorgeous view of the lake from every window. Mandy was great right from the start. I was frantically looking for a house that could accommodate a family of 6 while still giving everyone their space, when I came across the listing I was so excited, but dates were not in my favor in regards to availability. I reached to to Mandy and booked moments later. We were able to check in beforehand which just gets vacation going sooner than later! The view from the second you walk in the door is gorgeous! All rooms had plenty of space for your own items, I am one that unpacks even for 2 nights and love drawers and hangers LOL. The only thing, and I might have not seen it correctly is that the twin bed room and Queen bed room are swapped. I thought the Queen room had the full bath, but my brother, SIL and baby were just fine with the 1/2 bath. Definitely on the list for next year's adventure!

Fabulous place to call home for a few days for a conference being held at the Grand Traverse Resort and Spa. Holly was the consummate host, communicative and helpful with questions. If you are a golfer, you can't find a better spot.

Kara's place offered amazing views of the bay and was super clean with high end furnishings/designs that truly make you feel like you're getting away from the city for a great mental/physical reset. Will absolutely be booking here again next time I am in town.

We stayed here for the Iceman bike race. It was a great location for our needs. Mike was proactive and gave us all instructions needed for check-in well in advance. Place was as described and had everything we needed. Would recommend!

Great place especially if traveling with dogs! Apartment was easy to enter with keypads and clear instructions. Good location to dog park and water across the street. Downtown area is a little further but still walkable with lot of great restaurants and shops. Cute are about 25 minutes from sleeping bear dunes.
