Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Platja de Muro

First things first, yes, there should have been more disclosure about the 6 - 8 minuet drive on the dirt road/goat path, but as has been said in several previous reviews, the drive is more than worth the beauty and solitude that you'll find once there. The home is every bit as beautiful as the pictures, and there is no way to convey how wonderful the view down to the town of Soller is. It is perfectly equipped for two people to stay very comfortably, with a kitchen that is thoughtfully stocked with everything you'll need to prepare meals. Carolina provided us with a list of provisions for our arrival from an incredible local market. Carolina's place is a little slice of heaven and I feel privileged to have been able to spend a few days there. I'd recommend it unconditionally, and we'll be back just a soon as we can.

Had a lovely stay with 3 girl friends. The beach was so close and it was beautiful to wake up and walk there under 5 minutes every day. The hosts were great in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Justo’s place and Justo was an amazing host. He regularly checked in on us and also provided some great local tips. The place was very cute and nicely decorated, a perfect home base for our trip to Mallorca. It had all the amenities we needed including dishwasher and a washing machine. We had a wonderful time! The house is beautiful and all the facilities you need are there. Upon arrival, there was a lot of groceries put down so you didn't have to go to the store right away. The house is decorated with great attention to detail, and in every corner you will find special accessories, furniture or art. It was a lot of fun to discover all that! The host is really friendly and helpful and responds right away. We will definately come back!

Miquel and Rosa's house wouldn't be so good if they weren't the owners. They were kind enough to wait for us even when we arrived late due to a flight delay. They were friendly and left a lot of things at our reception. The house was sparkling clean (I don't think we've ever been to such a clean Airbnb). It's comfortable and spacious for a family (we were 4 adults and 2 small children). Regarding the location, it is convenient to walk to downtown Can Picafort, and a 3-minute walk to the beach. If you move around the island like we do, it is 200 meters from the road that takes you to many other places in Mallorca. You can park at the door (at least during June, I don't know what it will be like in high season). We will definitely be back and strongly recommend this place. Everything is perfect! Had a lovely stay at Can Content. Catalina was super responsive and helpful for the duration of our stay. Would highly recommend staying here. Local restaurants are a short walk away and was ideal for our race with quick local taxis.

This place is absolutely stunning. The location is so convenient, in the middle of all the attractions with a car, of course. Clean, beautiful, and Carina and Kevin were super responsive and great hosts! Highly recommend

Our family stay at this lovely peaceful house was just perfect. If you are looking for a quiet, rural place, with farm animals and the rooster crowing in the morning, in a house over 200 years old, this place is for you. Our 1-year-old and 3-year-old loved it. Special mention for the backyard where we ate all our meals in a peaceful and warm decor. Thank you again for hosting us, Isabel and Marie.

We had a great vacation at Maria’s apartment in Alcudia. The description matched just fine and the flat was in pristine condition. One major plus is the view from the huge balcony. You can even see Menorca whenever the weather is clear enough. Everything you could possibly need for your stay is 5 minutes of walking at max so the location of the flat is awesome. Everything was very good. We had a problem with the washing machine, Miguel was pending at all times until the problem was resolved. The house is very nice, beautiful view. Highly recommended

The place was really great – very clean and equipped with everything you need. The terrace, where you can relax wonderfully, was particularly beautiful. Check-in was super easy and the area is very quiet – perfect for switching off. You can park on the street if you have rented a car. However, be careful not to park in yellow zones, as these are prohibited. Free parking is hard to find, especially after midnight, so sometimes you have to park a little further away and walk a bit. The location is great – especially Playa del Muro can be reached quickly and is absolutely fantastic. There were four of us there and everyone was very happy with the place. Everything was really perfect – highly recommended!

Lovely stay at Maria’s - easy to check in and out, very close to everything, place was spotless and modern and Maria’s communication was awesome. Only thing to be conscious of is the noise of the music at night from the bars and restaurants you are above but apart from that it was an awesome stay.

Our stay at Marga's was really great. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Everything is clean and tidy. The location is excellent and you have the beach, restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Parking can also always be found within a few blocks. The amenities are great and there was really nothing missing. We will definitely be back. Gracias!

Hello!! Communication with Rafael and Elena is excellent. When I arrived on the date of the stay, they sent me the precise information to get to the place. Including maps and photos. Which was extremely useful to us! Check-in was very easy to do. What I have to say about the apartment is that everything is beautiful, since you can see that it is made with a lot of love, in each of its details, everything matches everything. In fact, they welcome you with a tray full of treats for the soul... chocolates, cookies, juice and even wine! The rooms are very comfortable, especially the bedrooms, which each have a storage place. A laundry room that makes the stay much easier, a spacious and complete kitchen, the ideal living room for everyone to be comfortable, a balcony terrace, where unique moments are shared, the exit to the beach, directly from the complex, is a pleasure and the best of the best...the view it offers of Alcudia beach from all environments!! If you are looking for Peace, it is there!Did I find my place in the world?

This was a great place for the two of us to stay for a long weekend break. The apartment had everything we needed, and the huge balcony allowed us to live outdoors when the weather allowed. That outside space is what elevates this apartment to the "special find" category. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the lift shaft can be heard in the apartment, but once the main evening traffic quietens down, this is less of a problem, and this won't stop us booking this place again for our next Mallorca holiday. Special thanks to Isaac who was the most responsive and helpful host I've ever stayed with.

We enjoyed our stay at Mirjams apartment from the beginning to the very end of our stay. The beach is just a few steps away and the view from the balcony is great. The Jacuzzi on the rooftop is a highlight where we chilled out after our long walks on the beach. Can absolutely recommend Mirjam’s place 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

This is a magical place in beautiful natural surroundings. It’s very peaceful and relaxing. Well appointed and comfortable. Susi was such a warm and inviting host. The 3 dogs were so cute and Lula was always hanging out to play fetch :) This place is amazing and special just like Susi! Hope we can return someday.

We chose this lovely place for the second time because of the great location, the great terrace and proximity to the beach, restaurants and shops. Toni welcomed us very hospitably, was always available and above all it made it possible for us to check in much earlier. We will be back for sure, provided that the apartment becomes available. We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as shown in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. Washer and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the linens and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and would be happy to come back.

We had a nice 4 night stay here. The beach is an easy 15-20 minute walk on flat ground. Lots of souvenir shops and restaurants in the area. Lots of free parking around the apartment. Really nice pool. Quiet and peaceful. Nothing to complain about

Me and my fiance stayed here for a week for our anniversary and it was perfect! The area was so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful location and very easy to get to the local town by taxi or car. The whole process was very smooth and Marga & Gabriel were very proactive with any queries we had and recommendations. Would highly recommend!

The location was great and within walking distance of local shops, cafes and the town centre. The accommodation itself was spacious, light and airy, comfortable, well equipped, and with great views towards the mountains. The town of Sóller is lovely and well located to other parts of the island via public transport, and the tram to the Port of Soller is a great experience, so too the train journey through the mountains to Palma.

Maxim was very communicative leading up to my stay and kept me updated on check in as I arrive long before the usual check in time. He made sure I could get in early and his son Akim checked me in and showed me around the apartment which was great! Both were very friendly, helpful and great hosts. Would definitely recommend!

Xisco made it very easy to find the apartment and he was very easy to contact if needed. We stayed for four weeks and he sent a couple of texts just to check everything was ok. Very enjoyable stay, 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 4, to the large Eroski supermarket
