A duplex on the seafront

My great-grandfather bought the land to build a small wooden house where his wife, my great-grandmother, could put on her bathing suit in private. It was the early 20th century and people were starting to swim simply for pleasure. He finally decided to build a house and that was how the first beach apartment in Puerto de Sóller came about; back then everything was countryside and he was able to choose the best views and location of the entire promenade. We invite you to come and see for yourself.

(Large Supermarkets) ASK FOR OUR NEW JET SKI RIDE -Balearic tourist tax rates- The rates (2€) are chargeable per person per night at check in. Children aged 16 and under are exempt.

MODERN APARTMENT IN LA ARENA, ACROSS FROM THE SEA

This apartment is the closest to the sea and is next to the sand with direct pool and beach access. There is a double bed for 2 people and two single beds. Plus a pull out in the living room. It has an outdoor terrace and a private garden with different entrances, table, chairs and private sun loungers. There is community wifi and also a higher quality, private and free wifi exclusively for my guests

The accommodation is excellent: style surrounds you in it. Thoughtful design. Every little thing is taken into account and will allow you to spend an unforgettable vacation. The sea and the beach are 150 meters from the studio, shops are within walking distance, the city center is 5 minutes on foot. Near restaurants and cafes for every taste. Mallorca is waiting for you.
