We recently had a beautiful stay at Alexandra's place in Pollença. The property was so peaceful and private with beautiful surroundings. Alexandra was an incredible host. She was always quick to respond to any questions and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. She provided some great recommendations for local restaurants and hikes, which we really enjoyed. We had a great time and would recommend this flat and Miguel as a host. A nice location just at the beach with kitesurfing opportunities directly at your house. Very quiet, which is a big advantage of being located a bit outside the area of Alcúdia (so a car or bicycle is recommended to make most of the gorgeous surroundings). We loved this place as a starting point for cycling as well. The flat is as beautiful as on the pictures seen already. We’d love to come back one day!

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! Pep's apartment is perfect in every way, cleanliness, view, and proximity to the city and all the places to visit. The pool is a plus and the ease of parking as well. i would recommend this apartment.

the location and view were the biggest positives of this Airbnb. also, the host was extremely nice and responsive which made everything easy and made us feel at home. convient location to the Rafa Nadal tennis academy.

Super nice little apartment with great views from the terrace and several rooms. Quiet local area but close to restaurants, shops, supermarkets and - of course - the beach. Easy to park. Juan responds quickly and we got precise instructions. We'd love to come again.

We feel like this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to stay is such a beautiful place. Just amazing. The location is away from the tourist chaos. We rented a car (recommended) and drove to the places of congestion like Alcúdia and Palma. It was a bit of a drive (40-60 mins) to these places, but every time we were thankful that we stayed clear of them in such a pristine and natural location. The house itself makes you feel like you’ve won the lottery and you are living the good life. In almost every part of the house you can drink in the stunning views. The reception was warm and the host very responsive.

The view of the water is beautiful to wake up to every morning. We were able to walk to many shops and restaurants, plus the beach is right across the street. We had a car and easily parked within a few blocks each evening. Would definitely stay here again!

Had a lovely stay with 3 girl friends. The beach was so close and it was beautiful to wake up and walk there under 5 minutes every day. The hosts were great in answering any questions we had. Highly recommend.

The apartment is equipped with every comfort. Great cleanliness and location, secluded as I like it. We had a pleasant relaxing week. Jaume was always responsive and friendly. A great retreat to definitely come back to. The road to get there is unpaved, but just be careful and there is no danger of ruining the car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Lovely stay, spacious place and great location in the village.

We loved our stay at Miguel‘s home! It is beautiful and ideally located to explore the island. The house feels like a home and the big pool and large garden are amazing for days where you don‘t want to leave the house. We felt right at home and can reccommend the house fully.

We had a great stay , lots of space for our family of 4 . Loved the courtyard & decor of the house . So convenient to walk into the main square of Pollenca . Highly recommend .

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The grounds are absolutely stunning, surrounded by nature and offering a peaceful atmosphere to relax. The kitchen in the main house was exceptionally well equipped — we found everything we needed and more, which made cooking very enjoyable. All the rooms were equally comfortable and maintained a consistent, high standard, which we really appreciated as a larger group. A special thanks to Galina, who was always incredibly responsive. No matter what time of day, she replied promptly and was very helpful with any questions or needs we had — it truly made our stay even more pleasant. We really felt that nothing was missing. One small thing to be aware of: the property is located directly under a flight path, so planes do pass overhead regularly. It didn’t bother us a lot, but for very noise-sensitive guests, this might be something to consider in advance. Overall, we would highly recommend this place and would be happy to come back.

Me and my friends visited Mallorca for a weekend as we were studying abroad in Barcelona, and thought this could be a nice opportunity to get away from the city. We thoroughly enjoyed are stay in Alcudia at Marti's home. Marti was very friendly and helpful, he provided us with an a list of activities, restaurants, and places to visit. The house was equipped with all the appliances needed to have a comfortable stay that made us feel right at home. Overall the experience was terrific, I would definitely try and stay here again the next time I visit Alcudia.

Eva's place is well maintained and clean. The apartment looks bright and friendly and everything is tidy. The beds were comfortable and we were able to sleep well in them. Eva provided us with a baby cot as well as a high chair for free. The equipment in the kitchen was sufficiently available. Our kids loved the bathtub in the bathroom. We also found it good that both bathrooms were daylight baths and could thus be ventilated with fresh air with the window open. Eva addressed inquiries on our part directly and quickly. We spent a total of two beautiful weeks in Port de Pollenca at Eva's place.

Ralf's house was awesome! Even prettier than in the pictures! The garden is beautiful, the pool very nice. Bedding is super comfortable! The setting is very quiet. Ralf helped us with everything we needed, he is an extremely kind and helpful host, we also liked talking with him! We recommend it to all guests!

We had a great time in this very clean apartment. The panoramic view is fantastic and the apartment is really as shown in the photos. The location is perfect, the amenities incl. Washer and dryer are wonderful and the beds are very comfortable. The fresh scent of the linens and towels was another plus. We would recommend this apartment to anyone and would be happy to come back.

Me and my fiance stayed here for a week for our anniversary and it was perfect! The area was so quiet and peaceful. Beautiful location and very easy to get to the local town by taxi or car. The whole process was very smooth and Marga & Gabriel were very proactive with any queries we had and recommendations. Would highly recommend!

Xisco made it very easy to find the apartment and he was very easy to contact if needed. We stayed for four weeks and he sent a couple of texts just to check everything was ok. Very enjoyable stay, 5 minutes walk to the beach and about 4, to the large Eroski supermarket

A very nice accommodation, which is located almost directly on the beach - in 2 minutes you can walk to the sea. Everything else, such as supermarkets, restaurants and co. are also super fast to reach. There is also a secure extra parking area right outside the front door, which is very convenient. We were totally satisfied, the apartment is exactly as described. Akim (Maxim's son) was our contact person from the time we received the keys and is very likable and accommodating. He was available to us day and night and made our stay as pleasant as possible. We definitely recommend the accommodation and would come back again and again. :)
