Monthly Rentals in Plaka, Athens

We had a wonderful stay. Eftychia was very responsive and even set us up with a ride from the airport! The apartment was just a block or two away from the heart of Plaka, with great walkability to restaurants and shopping. The Acropolis was also very close, as well as public transportation! Having use of the washer/dryer was a big plus for us. We also appreciated being on the lower floor during the summer. The apartment stayed relatively cool while we were away, and the air con in both the living and bedroom cooled us down quickly after a day of sightseeing. Saturday night was a little noisy, but to be expected because of its proximity to the lively city center— we did not notice noise any other night.

We loved staying at Toni’s place, I would definitely stay again when we come back. Super convenient location, very spacious and clean. We slept great and felt very safe!

Amazing place in Athens!! In the center of Plaka, close to everything on foot. A lot os restaurants, shops and small markets near by. Alexandros is very, very nice and friendly guy. He gave us a lot of good tips. We enjoy very much the days in Athens. We definitely recommend this place.

The apartment is just as described. It had everything we needed. There was some coffee for the Nespresso machine and ground coffee. We ran out of Nespresso pods after the first day, but the full service grocery store is only a 4 minute walk. We did not do any cooking so I can’t comment about that aspect. The bathroom isn’t big but works fine. Plenty of water pressure for the shower. The rain shower head tilts which I really liked. It was very quiet despite being on a busy street. It’s across from a school so nothing goes on at night. The balcony was perfect for 2 people. It’s on the 2nd floor (3rd if you’re from the US) but has lift about 4-5 steps up from the entrance. Lucas was a great and timely communicator. We would definitely come back and stay here.
