Hello! My place is a small, renovated studio with air-conditioning and a splendid view in a very quiet street with beautiful trees in the center of Athens. It’s close to every public transport (buses, metro, train), easy access to the city’s main attractions. Next to local bars, restaurants, grill-houses and traditional taverns and an open-air market every sunday. You can find a supermarket in 100m walk and a bakery with the most delicious bread of the area under our building.

We had a wonderful stay at Katerina's place. It was perfect, just as the pictures showed and matched the description. Nestled in a beautiful neighborhood in Palaio Faliro, it was close to everything including the beach, the tram, the incredible bakery and friendly people. Away from the hustle and bustle of Athens but close enough to everything this beautiful city has to offer. I would recommend this location and looking to stay here again in the future next time we're in Athens.

The Dimitra’s place is situated just a few steps from the direct metro that will bring you from the airport. Donita’s instructions enabled easy access to the property, as well she offered a free storage option in case we will arrive early. The place itself nicely decorated and situated in the beating heart of monastiraki, in walkable distance to almost all main attractions of the city. The place itself very clean, Dimitra left for us very well stocked fridge and kitchen full of the essentials for our perfect stay. Two minor cons that you should be aware of but didn’t bothered us at all are that the place is a bit gloomy, especially the bathroom, and if you leave the windows open there is a bit noisy. Overall we had great experience there, we loved the place and definitely recommend it and will stay there again.

The bedroom features a spacious bed with neatly arranged white linens and fluffy pillows. A set of white towels is placed on the bed. A mirrored wardrobe reflects the light and enhances the room's brightness, while artwork is displayed on the wall beside the bed.

Everything about the apartment and contact with Jenny, the manager, was perfect. The apartment was new, we were one of the first guests and therefore nothing was worn or used. The topper of the bed was a little too hard for me and I got an extra topper the very next day. Every two days a cleaner came and changed the linens and towels. I didn't expect that in advance. That was very pleasant. The roof terrace was overwhelmingly large, you can see the sea and the hot tub was perfect for us and our 2.5 year old daughter. The nearby large playground was also very pleasant for us. There is a long shopping street in the surrounding area, with Lidl at one end and a huge supermarket at the other end. Only 200 m away is a very good souvlaki/kalamaki/gyros restaurant and at the lower end of the shopping street is a restaurant that is only open during the day and sells all Greek classics.

This place was incredible. I stayed there with my husband and two daughters. The view from the living room and one of the bedrooms was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The one facing the water and the street was noisy but a pair of earplugs help me sleep through the night. And I woke up to the most wonderful view. I recommend this place highly. Dionisis was very responsive. His recommendation for dinner was great. He even gifted us a bottle of Hercules white wine! We had breakfast and delicious coffee just downstairs from our place. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Athens!
