Great stay, easy to find, nice place to stay, the floor could use some work has lots of loose tiles. neighborhood seemed safe i loved the pit bull across the street seemed to be the guard dog for the area he was sweet. someone stayed with pets and they would bark the one night they stayed that wasnt fun. could use so more thorough cleaning human hair around the base of the headboard on the floor. cute place to stay, I would stay again.

Billy's place was as described. Very easy instructions for entry and check out. All needed amenities were there and even extras. Accessible to freeway and good location for everywhere we wanted to go. The game room set up was a special enjoyment for my grandsons. Beds very comfortable, decor was eclectic and fun!! We very much enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was very nice and exactly as listed. The price was definitely worth the last minute rental, especially during UNM graduation weekend. The only complaint was that the building was slightly dated and needs some minor sprucing up of the paint and blinds in the rooms. One bedroom had curtains to block out some more light, and the other bedroom didn't have curtains, so when the sun was up...so were you. All in all, the home was clean and completely adequate for the weekend. We have rented previously from this owner and I think our expectation was based on the previous rental which was newer and very clean and well put together. This rental seemed quickly put together. Again, it was good for the weekend and we honestly mainly slept there b/c we were busy all weekend. Taryn is a great host and very responsive EVERY time we reached out. If you like coffee, go to Little Bear which is just up the road!

Wonderful stay in a quiet neighborhood. We felt right at home and had more than enough space.

Jimmy’s place was great! It was very spacious, comfortable, and clean. The location was great. It’s close and walkable to Central Ave with all the restaurants. I appreciated the little touches like water bottles in the fridge, cookies, and a $10 Starbucks gift card. Jimmy also stopped by in person after I checked in to say hi and see if I needed anything. I would definitely stay here again!

Had another great business trip in Albuquerque with my 2nd stay at Thomas’s Casita. Everything went well and Thomas was great as usual. He communicated well throughout my visit and has become a good friend. I look forward to my next visit.

Best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Super unique and Joseph and Emily are amazing hosts! Couldn’t recommend more, especially at the price point. I’ll definitely be back.

Wow! What a beautiful place! Judy’s Casita in Placitas was a perfect place for my wife and I to stay while visiting family in Albuquerque. Peaceful and quiet, stunning mountain views and incredible starry night skies. The Casita was so comfortable and relaxing. We’re looking forward to staying here again soon!

the Airbnb was very accommodating the rooms were very spacious very well laid out the kitchen was very well equipped pots and pans tools and everything you could think of you would need coffee maker coffee hot cocoa. all the rooms have queen size beds except for the office has two twin one of them is a trundle. very accommodating for a large group of people. master bedroom had an ensuite that has a Whirlpool Bathtub. overall the house felt like I was at my grandma's house. it was a great stay great location beautiful neighborhood nice and quiet.

This place was wonderful. Very private and cozy, for such a large spacious area, also very clean. We let Bonita know before hand we were coming to celebrate an anniversary, and there was a "Happy Anniversary " sign and handwritten card upon arrival with a few flowers. The extra touches to go above and beyond were really special. Fancy folded towels with the note on the bed. Stamped toilet paper. Everything was super clean and the place was honestly so nice. Whoever you have do the cleaning does a really great job. Inside was great, outside was great, the bar area was extra cute and fun. Everything matched the photos. Host was super nice and responsive, everything went really well. The peace of mind on having a gated area to leave the car was also such a great plus. Would not hesitate to book here again, would highly highly recommend. Only regret is that we only stayed for the one night!

This authentic adobe home was as advertised and a great base to explore this area of New Mexico. The house had everything we needed, was tastefully furnished with lots of lovely tile work and art on the walls. The bed was very comfortable, and we left windows open at night as a natural air conditioner. The grounds were lovely, with numerous huge cottonwoods. One night a lively thunderstorm provided entertainment for several hours. We loved the quiet of the countryside; the whistle of the Rail Runner and Amtrak trains were not a problem for us. We hope to return next time we visit this part of New Mexico.

The listing is titled “cozy escape” and it most definitely is! The decor is so charming and welcoming. The furniture was comfortable, everything we needed was accessible. The backyard was equally charming and peaceful, plenty of space for our pets to roam in a fenced space. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. Nearby are many stores and restaurants to choose from. We were in town for a three day convention and it was a wonderful space to come “home” to each day. The mattresses in the rooms were a little on the hard side (but that is personal preference thing and does not affect our overall review). Alondra was very responsive from the moment we booked and during our stay and we appreciated that very much. We would happily recommend this location!

Moon Haven was a fantastic place to stay! Kristina was attentive during our stay and checked in to see if we needed anything. Moon Haven is decorated beautifully and was very peaceful. It really felt like a home away from home. Its proximity to Kirtland AFB was also appealing. This home will be first on our list for our future visits. Highly recommended!!

Peter’s place was comfortable, clean, and a lovely place to stay for a few days while exploring Santa Fe. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax. Peter was helpful and communicative. Thank you, Peter!

Clean, reasonably priced, centrally located, felt safe at night. The washer + dryer in the private outdoor space was a godsend. Thoughtful amenities. Definitely worth it if you’re like us and spending a lot of time on the go during your trip!

Jesse offered a good overall experience at the Airbnb. The bed was comfortable and overall the space was quite accommodating.

We had such a great stay, easy walking distance to plaza and canyon road. The condo is quiet, comfortable, very clean, and has a great vibe. Ghita is an excellent host and good communicator.

A bit of a last-minute booking, we have been to Santa Fe, many times, and this stay was quite pleasant. No complaints at all, overall a good value for the money. One plus was a really nice outdoor seating area, covered, so quite pleasant, although a bit of traffic noise as expected, given the location, but overall, not a big problem.

This is a new favorite place to stay whenever I visit Santa Fe for one of my art shows. My husband and I booked this condo with an extra bedroom in case we could help another artist with a place to stay… But it was just the two of us and we were very comfortable. I appreciate the quality towels, tissues and toilet paper provided plus all the conveniences I could imagine. It was smart to provide the Neutrogena face wipes so that guests don’t mess up your washcloths to remove make up. I typically cook a lot but my schedule was too busy this trip. The kitchen seemed well-equipped. Thank you for a great blender! My husband and I both thought this place was cozy. We loved the decor and close proximity to the walking park and the serenity of the location. I also appreciated the hiking sticks! It was a short drive to the plaza near my art gallery. Those who like to hike might consider it walking distance to the plaza. Or an inexpensive Uber drive. Thank you Georgia! We will be back!

Simon was incredibly responsive and kind in all communications we had. Everything in the condo was accommodating (including a variety of pillow types for people particular about pillows), clean, and comfortable. It was just a lovely experience all around.

We absolutely love staying at Mark’s place. It was perfect for our little family. Great location, very clean, comfy… 5 stars all around!!! Thank you for hosting us!
