I celebrated my 35th birthday with a few close friends and we all fell in love with the home! Very cozy, clean and everything we needed for a relaxing weekend away! Ira was a wonderful host and was easy to contact! Would definitely come back to this location!

We only stayed one night, but Jim was a friendly and welcoming host, and the space was perfect for our quick road trip stopover with our cats. The unit was super clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. You can’t beat the walkable Midtown location—great restaurants just steps away. Would definitely stay again!

What a great place! Five minutes from downtown area. The home is so clean and comfortable. Great pet friendly home as well. Very quiet neighborhood. Levi has this Airbnb set up incredibly. Great instructions for guest. Communicates very well before during and after your trip. We absolutely go there again.

The location was perfect and the bed was so comfortable. We went to the Four Fires event at the fair grounds on Saturday and this Airbnb was only a few blocks away. We walked to dinner at Taste - which was so tasty. We loved sitting on the porch!

Judy was quick to respond which made the last minute change in reservations easy! No problem with any! The place was very clean and beautifully decorated.

We had a great stay at Oksana’s place! It was very clean, homey and well stocked with everything one would need. Beautiful yard conveniently located. We highly recommend it!

Paula’s place is great! It’s really nice and the pictures don’t do it justice. The serene landscape, farm animals, and sweet antique decor make it feel like an escape to grandmas house! Complete with a sweet snack upon arrival.

This experience exceeded our expectations! Wendy and Richard are the best hosts we have encountered, the space is top notch and well appointed, the view from the balcony is exquisite…close to markets, shops, and great restaurants. If you like to bike like we do, this location is only a short drive to the American River Bike Trail, which is a Class 1 trails/no cars, for 32 beautiful miles one way! We were sad to leave, but will be back again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s place! It was very clean, including the outdoor pool. The kitchen and coffee bar were well-stocked. Ashley was quick to respond when we reached out to her. The house was in a great location near restaurants, stores, and outdoor recreation. I would highly recommend!

Jacque was a very accommodating host. She was very responsive to any questions posed. Her property is amazingly beautiful and we had complete privacy. The views were magnificent and the area has tons of history. I would definitely return here.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay-- so much so that we extended it almost another week! Izzy and Kelby are very professional and passionate about providing a 5-star Airbnb and hospitality experience. The space is thoughtfully decorated, very clean, and we were given all of the essentials (towels, toilet paper, etc) for the duration of our stay. Our cats enjoyed the grassy backyard while we spent time in the pool. Oak Park is a lovely, charming neighborhood and there are plenty of great spots to eat and experience nearby. We would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend Izzy and Kelby as hosts.

Tina was an amazing host! We stayed here for a night with our dog as a stopover on our drive up to Bend. It’s a shame we couldn’t stay longer! The space was cute, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed!

Beautiful home well maintained, you can tell they love it and want others to enjoy it as well. Anastasia and her husband were both available if needed and took care of any small items that came up immediately. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again if planning another trip out that way ♥️

What a lovely home and property! As we pulled up to the house one of the first things you see is the beautiful pool. Quite a beautiful first impression! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything was as represented. Very well maintained and clean. We would definitely stay at Adrienne's home in the future!

The cottage was very nice, with great views, tall ceilings, huge sliding glass doors, and perfectly set up for two couples. It was extremely clean! We had a great stay!

Fantastic home/cabin in Pollock Pines near Sly Park. Nicole first and foremost was a fantastic host, very proactive, which is wonderful. If I had a question she was always super quick to respond, which makes it easy and no waiting around which I greatly appreciate. The home was immaculate, cozy and had all of the amenities. We loved how it was laid out with a queen bedroom, king bedroom, and another queen bunk with Trundle so quite spacious for three bedroom. Each bedroom had a very large walk-in closet also lovely along with the spa tub in the master along with the shower. The balcony is lovely as well with a hanging lounge and nice eating area as well as barbecue. beds, very comfy and cozy and all linens provided. About a mile from Jenkins Lake, great for paddle boarding hiking. We hiked the waterfall trail, which was gorgeous lake itself was a beautiful greenish blue and we definitely planning a trip back. Would recommend this house to families, girls trip! Hour from Sacto!

This stay was absolutely marvelous. Coming from San Francisco and being able to escape the city into this beautiful oasis was nothing short of magical. Madison was extremely responsive before and during my stay. She gave me local recommendations and assisted with all my questions (how do I turn the fan on? Lol). I was tempted to gate-keep this spot because of how gorgeous it is, but it deserves to be seen and experienced by many! The patio had amazing views - I sat out there with the propane fire pit on and a glass of wine. The fenced in backyard was perfect for my puppy. Literally everything was perfect and I plan on returning.

My family and I had a lovely stay at The Blackbird - the house and surrounding area were beautiful and Janine was a great host. I would definitely stay here again!

Shannon’s place was lovely. Great space indoors and out for 4-6 people and our huskies. Beautiful redwoods in the yard and visits by turkey and deer. Close driving distance to restaurants. Shannon’s place is very well equipped with anything you would want or need for dining, sleeping and relaxing. I always appreciate a property that feels like someone’s home rather than a hotel. Shannon’s place was exactly that. Shannon is a very responsive, communicative and helpful host! I should add that there are great vineyards and the lovely Sly Park nearby that we weren’t able to explore because we were in the area for a graduation in El Dorado . Would love to come back, stay st Shannon’s & explore more

My friends and I had a great stay at Tudor’s place. The location was ideal for exploring Apple Hill, Placerville and local hiking trails. The space was very clean and cozy. We also noted that we felt very safe and secure.

Penny’s place is truly a hidden gem—a peaceful escape from reality. My husband and I both work, go to school, and juggle raising kids, so we were long overdue for a quiet getaway to reconnect. Sanctuary in the Pines was exactly what we needed. It’s calm, quiet, and surrounded by nature—perfect for slowing down and just enjoying each other’s company. You really can't describe the experience fully in words... you just have to go and feel it for yourself. Penny is hands down the best host we’ve ever had. She’s incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and always responds quickly if you need anything. Her warmth made us feel so welcomed and taken care of. If you're looking for a place to relax, recharge, and reconnect, this is it. One tip: don’t make the same mistake we did by arriving late at night—come during the day so you can enjoy the gorgeous drive in and take in the views. My husband and I had stayed at Cynthia's place several times before and always had a great experience. As I was traveling to the area by myself for the first time, I was happy to see that her place was available for the dates I needed for my grandson's high school graduation party. Cynthia is a great communicator both before and during the stay. This has always been may experience with her. I feel like she is an old friend now. I appreciate the snacks and well stocked coffee/tea station. My little dog and I had a great stay. Thank you, Cynthia! I will definitely be back!

What a lovely experience at this property! The working ranch with a vineyard, creek,chickens,alpaca, goats and even a few puppies was refreshing! It was so thoughtful of the host to give us fresh eggs and a bottle of homemade wine! The veranda style deck, hot tub and expansive views of the mountains was so relaxing. The house had plenty of rooms to have your own space yet areas where we could all gather with great views. I would definitely stay here again! Just lovely!
