Vacation rentals with beach access in Pješčana Uvala

Eine sehr nette Wohnung, sehr sauber und mit allem Nötigen sehr gut ausgestattet. Lucano und Tatjana sind unglaublich liebe Leute, sehr herzlich und hilfsbereit und Lucano spricht dazu noch sehr gut Deutsch. Tatjana brachte uns 2x kleine selbstgebackene Strudel vorbei!!! Es gibt viel Platz in der Wohnung mit einem sehr schönen Schlafzimmer mit prima Betten, das Wohnzimmer ist geräumig, ebenso das Bad. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Der Sandstrand ist in 15 Minuten zu Fuß sehr gut erreichbar. Pula und das Naturschutzgebiet Kamenjak erreicht man in wenigen Autominuten, ebenso sehr viele wunderschöne Badestrände. Es waren unglaublich erholsame Tage bei lieben Menschen, in einem schönen Land mit sehr freundlichen Menschen. Wir können alles nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen!!!

Wir haben uns bei Ratko sehr wohl gefühlt!! Die Wohnung war sauber und super groß. Der Weg zum Strand ging 15 min zu fuß und war schön. Es gibt sehr sehr viele Essensmöglichkeiten in der nähe, sodass wir jeden Morgen frisch frühstücken konnten. Dankeschön 🙏

Wir waren sehr zufrieden, es hat an nichts gefehlt. Zum Strand 5 min mit dem Auto.Ich würde die Wohnung weiter empfehlen.

Perfect Workation Spot with Amazing Hospitality! We had an incredible stay at Oliver's place! The accommodation was clean, stylish, and super comfortable – everything we needed for a relaxing and productive visit. We were doing a workation, and the Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected and get work done without any issues. It was the perfect balance of work and leisure. The pool was definitely a highlight – clean, refreshing, and a great way to unwind after work hours. What made the experience even more special was the hospitality of our host. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely cared about making our stay memorable. We received honey snaps and fresh picked cherries. One two evenings, we even grilled together with the host, which was such a fun and unexpected highlight. It felt like staying with friends rather than just booking a place. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommended.

We had a great 3-night-stay with our two kids. They loved the turtles in the garden (behind a fence). Both Ferucio and Milena were great hosts and they helped us with our questions and gave us hints and informations where to go. Thanks a lot!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Andrea! Alles war genauso wie beschrieben, sauber, gut ausgestattet und sehr gemütlich – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders die kurze Entfernung zum Strand ist ein riesiger Pluspunkt und hat unseren Urlaub perfekt gemacht. Andrea war super nett, hilfsbereit und immer gut erreichbar. Wir können die Unterkunft nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! 😊🌞

The perfect place for relaxation, the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, but still near the city centre. The old town is about 20 minutes away on foot and 10 minutes away by car. The apartment is in pristine condition, clean, spatious and everything is brand new. The bed is very comfortable and we especially liked the dining area as it’s great for hanging out. Private parking was also incredibly useful as we were free to come and go whenever we liked.

Mersiha is a very nice host, open for questions and ready to help. She welcomed us when we arrived and showed us the place. We even got a welcome drink. The apartment was really well equipped, convenient, cosy, neat and tidy - everything in it was well thought. The billiard at the terrace was great. The place was quiet and the ambient was beautiful. Merisha also gave us some recomendations about beaches and good, but not expensive restaurants in the area. That was one of the best AirBnb experience so far!

We stayed for 1 week and wished we could stay another week. Everything was perfect. Communication with Andreas was quick and easy. He provided helpful information about parking and where we would meet Hana, who would take us to the house. Hana was fantastic. She met us at the car, helped with our bags, showed us the house, and provided great tips about nearby cheaper parking, grocery store etc. The house itself was amazing and is exactly as per the photos. Spread across 4 levels it provides lots of space for couples and larger groups. We ate breakfast outside on the terrace every morning. Couch in the lounge is super comfy, as are the beds. Each bedroom has an ensuite and there is another toilet downstairs next to the kitchen that also has a laundry. Located in the centre of Rovinj everything is within a few hundred meters walk. We could explore one minute, and be back home to relax the next. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Rovinj.

Zunächst möchten wir uns riesig bei Lana und Ihrer Familie für den tollen Aufenthalt bedanken! In dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung war es einfach unvergesslich! Die Unterkunft ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man braucht. Der großzügige Pool war ein echtes Highlight (stets sauber und gepflegt) und die umliegende Terrasse mit bequemen Liegen war perfekt zum Sonnenbaden und Entspannen. Auch der Ausblick ins Grüne war herrlich! Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen und malerischen Umgebung, die sowohl Erholung als auch Unterhaltung & viele Sehenswürdigkeiten bietet. Verschiedene tolle Strände und Buchten sind nur wenige Minuten entfernt und leicht zu erreichen. Die Gastgeber haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Von der herzlichen Begrüßung bis zu den kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten zwischendurch haben wir uns rundum wohl und umsorgt gefühlt. Wir können die Unterkunft nur Empfehlen und kommen gern wieder!

Die Besitzerin wohnt im hinteren Teil des Anwesens. Sehr diskret und sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Garten zum Meer ist eine Wucht, dort in der Sonne bei einem Frühstück den Tag starten ist einfach unbezahlbar.

Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu. Dom świetnie wyposażony, a Sanja jest świetnym gospodarzem, bardzo komunikatywna, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, chętnie pomaga, gdy pojawi się problem.

Really special place. We looked for something private for us and our loudly kids and this place was amazing. We found everything what we needed inside the House. Garden is beautiful and full of toys and games for kids. Suzana is really nice and helpfull. Our favourite Beautiful beach is 10 min walk from home.

Me encantó! Estuvimos sólo una noche, pero el alojamiento está limpio, muy bien ubicado, cómodo y bonito. Tiene una vibra super agradable y una terraza hermosa. Totalmente lo recomendaría y me gustaría volver a alojarme ahí. Los únicos dos “peros” que le encontramos fue 1) el horario de salida es muy temprano y 2) uno como huésped tiene que sacar la basura e irla a tirar a uno de los contenedores al final de su estadía? La verdad nunca había leído algo así en un airbnb y considerando que íbamos con bbs, carriolas y maletas, si fue pesado también cargar con la basura y dividirnos para ir a buscar los contenedores. Estuvimos súper apurados para salirnos a tiempo y también estresados por la basura 😅. Fuera de eso la verdad es que todo muy bien y Katarzyna muy atenta para ofrecernos cuna.

We had a wonderful time! Sabrina was always responsive and communicative and we really enjoyed the apartment. It was the perfect place to stay and walk to enjoy the many beautiful beaches and relax.

Als allererstes: Alba! Sie hat diesen Aufenthalt zu etwas besonderem gemacht! Sie war stets freundlich, interessiert am Leben und den Plänen ihrer Gäste und gab uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung! Wir hatten außerdem das Glück Goran kennenzulernen. Auch er gab uns tolle Tipps für die Umgebung und war stets freundlich. Die Wohnung ist nicht sehr groß, aber ausreichend. Der Pool ist extrem gepflegt und die Terrasse super sauber. Pluspunkt ist die Waschmaschine im Zimmer, die wir - dank Alba, die mich mit Waschmittel versorgte - auch nutzen konnten 😉 Das Bad ist ebenfalls klein, aber wirklich total ausreichend. Das Bett ist bequem. Die Essecke ist ebenfalls super gepflegt und kann von allen Gästen genutzt werden. Insbesondere steht dort auch ein Grill zur Verfügung. Pula ist gut mit dem Bus und zu Fuß zu erreichen und auch der nächste Strand ist nicht weit entfernt. Ein Geheimtipp ist eine Wanderung zu Galebove Stijene. Toller Strand mit einem tollen Weg direkt am Ufer! Bis bald! ❤️

Didn't find the address right away, otherwise absolutely beautiful place and amazing location, Ivana was extremely forthcoming as we arrived very late at night and it was no problem, no complicated check-in, parking spot right by the door, beautiful and extremely clean flat and linen, easy instruction for when we got there and when we left, flexible check out which we very much appreciated. A quiet part of Croatia close to a few nice beaches and pula, yet far enough away that you can really relax. Worth every penny!

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Wir hatten eine wahnsinnig tolle Zeit in dem wunderschönen Ort Rovinj und die Wohnung von Andrew ist wirklich geräumig und gemütlich ausgestattet! Die Lage in der Grisia Gasse ist unschlagbar und die Aussicht auf die Altstadt aus allen Fenstern und auch vom süßen kleinen Balkon ist zauberhaft. Die Anreise mit dem Elektroauto und das Parken außerhalb der Altstadt war unkompliziert und gut organisiert. Wir werden Andrews Gastfreundschaft definitiv noch einmal in Anspruch nehmen.

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt bei Jasna sehr gefallen. Es war blitzblank sauber, sie hat Kekse und frisches Obst bereitgestellt. In der Unterkunft fehlte uns nichts, alles was man zum Leben brauch war vorhanden, sogar Gesellschaftsspiele. Sie hat mir immer schnell geantwortet und geholfen, wenn ich Rat brauchte, wie Buslinien zu finden etc. Sie war sehr freundlich und alles war perfekt. Die Lage ist auch super, man kommt schnell zum wunderschönen Hawaii Beach (3 Busstationen), zu Fuß kommt man zu einem anderen Strand, die Stadt war auch schnell zu erreichen und Supermärkte auch. Die Busstation ist gleich vor der Haustür. Die Lage war super ruhig und wir haben uns sehr sicher und wohl gefühlt. Immer wieder!

Eine kleines feines Apartment im ersten Stock über der Gelateria des Vermieters. Erstklassige Eiscreme und italienischer Espresso – was willst du mehr. Die Unterkunft ist zu empfehlen – gute Lage – Strandpromenade und Meer vor der Haustür – die Restaurants im Zentrum von Fazana sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt. Danke Fedele!

Great stay at Marina's place. The place is as described, clean, well located (20min on foot to the city centre). Marina was very helpful with check in as my flight was delayed and she still made herself available despite the fact I reached her place close to midnight. A note in case that's useful, the place doesn't have a lift so you need to be able to walk up the stairs as well as carry your luggage up. Highly recommended if you find yourself going to Pula.
