A natural landscape is depicted with large, gray rocks surrounding a calm, shallow body of water. Lush green trees frame the scene, which is bathed in sunlight, creating a serene and inviting atmosphere. The water reflects the surrounding vegetation.

In the village of San Francesco - house in the center

LucíaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Beautiful house in the heart of Villa Santa Maria! Maria always responded very quickly and attentively! The house is beautiful and has everything you need to spend a few days in a natural environment and disconnected from the chaos. The only thing I would have liked to know is that there are several stairs to get to the property, since it is not only in the historic center but also the house is on a high floor, so I recommend moving with a light bag. (The ad says there are stairs, but I didn't think there were so many. It was also my responsibility to ask.) I would definitely go back if I'm in Chietti!

Peregrine Falcon's Nest

Luca is a very specific, helpful and friendly person. With the snow outside we found the house warm and cozy, and the place is very nice. Everything went great.
A serene forest scene features a gently flowing waterfall, cascading into a clear pool below. Lush greenery surrounds the area, with tall trees framing the image. Sunlight filters softly through the leaves, creating a calm ambiance in this natural setting.

New and charming duplex

PierpaoloRating, 5 stars17 months ago
The house was a dream comfort, considering an 8-degree storm outside, the air conditioning was suitable. The fact that the heating is turned off, the night was not a problem, the house is very well insulated. The attic bedrooms with the skylights were very romantic and pleasantly furnished. Super comfortable beds and warm, light duvets. The shower is very functional. The fireplace with fir wood burning in the kitchen while we prepared meals was the icing on the cake. It has definitely exceeded our expectations. I can't wait to go back!
A wooden sauna barrel is situated next to an outdoor hot tub on a wooden deck. Surrounding mountains and rolling hills fade in the background, and a glamping dome is visible on the right, all set against a serene sky.

Masseria Monte Pizzi Glamping Dome

My boyfriend and I stayed 1 night in this beautiful tent. Breathtaking views, very helpful hosts and staff. Even though it was just the two of us, they gave us the opportunity to eat at the restaurant, preparing two really good fillets. We couldn't stay long, but it would have been worth it.
A balcony is featured, showing a view of distant mountains under a clear blue sky. A small table is set with a decorative vase containing flowers and travel brochures, while a pair of outdoor chairs provides space for relaxation.

Panoramic apartment in Majella Park

FedericoRating, 5 stars10 months ago
Small apartment at the beginning of the village of Lama dei Peligni, including a kitchen/living room without a sofa but with a small bed, dining table, bathroom, bedroom with double bed and balcony with two chairs and a side table. Below the apartment there is a bakery with a small shop, convenient in the morning to prepare sandwiches for the various excursions available without having to take the car. Convenient parking (not assigned) on the property. Cute country quite lively (in August). Overall everything is ok for a great starting point for various excursions in the area.

Italian Retreat: Culture | Cuisine | Charm

Olivia's villa is a perfect old world charm setting. The terrace views were spectaclular. We felt extremely comfortable in her home. We loved hanging out with the people of the village at the piazza. They were very welcoming and made us feel at home. Some TLC and upgrades are needed, which I am sure will happen over time. Other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
A refreshing pool is surrounded by well-maintained green lawns and shaded by trees. The pool area includes a patio for relaxation and a gentle slope leading to the scenic backdrop of nature. A sun umbrella is positioned nearby, enhancing the outdoor environment.

Stunning cottage surrounded by nature

ErikRating, 5 stars1 week ago
Vittorio's place was amazing. The area is even more beautiful than in the pictures, and it really does feel away from it all. The house was very comfortable—Vittorio thought of everything in equipping the house, way beyond the listed amenities. Also, he took care to clean the pool every single morning, and did that super early: we were waking up pretty early ourselves, and we still never saw him do it. As a host, Vittorio was an active communicator and went out of his way to make sure our stay was easy and comfortable. For example, he personally guided us to the house from town, which was not necessary (we found it pretty easy to get around Agnone) but still very helpful. Also, for our kids, this place was a real winner. They didn't want to leave! They had a pool to themselves, got to visit horses everyday, watched fireflies at night, and just had a fun time outside. It was wonderful!

Typical Italian country house in southern Italy.

MaxRating, 5 stars1 month ago
The house is quite secluded in the mountains and is an absolute dream. The view of the mountains after getting up and in the evening of an overwhelming starry sky are fantastic. The house has everything you need to spend relaxing days as a couple or with four people. A beautiful terrace area with small and large tables, comfortable chairs, umbrella and grill, including additional toilet, In the house in the lower area a kitchen-living room with gas stove and pellet stove. Upstairs two bedrooms and the living area incl. Bathroom, with good Wi-Fi and large TV. The entire house is new, very well maintained and tastefully restored. Jonas responds extremely quickly, super nice and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would certainly have stayed longer if our travel plans had allowed it. You are about 40 minutes away from the coast with the Trabocchi, which are worth a trip/food. There are numerous great hiking opportunities in the area (mountainous!). Unrestricted recommendation!!
