The Wool Barn, Farm/Barn Stay

KeaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We have just arrived back from a weekend here and it was absolutely fantastic. Child friendly, so clean and tidy, everything felt brand new. The bedrooms are a good size and the upstairs bathroom is lovely. Garden views are wonderful, such a big social space. Sarah was so helpful and responsive, she answered all our questions and there was even chocolates and biscuits on arrival which was lovely! Kitchen very well equipped with everything you might need. Intend to return later in the year.

Coach House with private indoor Swimming Pool

MichaelRating, 5 stars3 days ago
We really enjoyed our stay. The open plan upstairs is really comfortable and the main bedroom is spacious and luxurious with the en suite and slipper bath. Hidden downstairs is the unassuming door to the pool! Such a treat to be able to swim before breakfast and before and after dinner. Pool was a great temperature for swimming and the room is warm too. Katherine was friendly and there if we needed. The rural setting is great to wake up to bird song and farm fields. Shrewsbury is just down the road and this was a great base for going there but being completely out of the bustle of the town in the evenings. Overall peaceful with a splash of luxury.

Beautiful retreat by the River Severn with parking

AndrewRating, 5 stars4 days ago
It was a great place, well located for Shrewsbury town centre with a pleasant walk along the river to get there. I would definately stay here again. Note: finding the property can be tricky when following 'sat nav', and working out how to reverse a car into the off-road drive required a bit of strategic thought, but that all seemed to add to the experience! Longmynd House

SylviaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We had a lovely time at Longmynd house. It was peaceful, very clean and cozy, beds were comfortable, it had nice bathroom, we had everything we needed. From the house, we hiked for two hours to the stunning site of Cardling Mill valley and also to Caer Caradoc hill that was conveniently located behind the property. Definitely, we recommend to stay here and explore this part of Shropshire.
