The house, which dates back to around 1600, has been perfectly restored. Its very thick stone walls ensure that the temperature is optimal in winter and summer. In addition to the charm of the old house, it has the advantage of being located on the hill closest to the city center, Pistoia. For this reason, you can admire the view of the city from above. The historic center is only 3 km away. My house is therefore a great starting point for visiting nearby cities such as Prato, Florence and Lucca.

Optimal to visit nearby cities such as Montecatini Terme, Lucca, Pistoia, Pisa and Florence (approx. 30 min), reachable thanks to the adjacent A11 highway. Finally, although the town is small, you can find very good restaurants, pizzerias and shops selling typical Tuscan products. The car park is public and free.
