Vacation rentals with breakfast in Pistoia

we stayed at Chiara's place for a day and it was just amazing . This was the real Airbnb concept what they started initially. we felt like we are in our own house. breakfast was also good which was given to us complimentary . walking distance from Pisa Central station and airport in a posh residential place. had an amazing backyard to sit and enjoy coffee or drinks. everything was better than what you could think of any Airbnb. Highly recommended.

Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

Raffaella deserves an extra star on the reviews. She is a wonderful host, very welcoming and very responsive. She went out of her way to make dinner reservations for us, at two wonderful restaurants - both in walking distance from her airbnb. The apartment was quiet, clean, with beautiful views. We did a lovely bike ride from town and enjoyed the beauty and quiet at Raffaella’s place. And her regional breakfast was such a treat!!! We hope to come back!

I don’t have the words to describe how beautiful this apartment on the hillside is. The apartment itself is nice and cosy and spacious, and the kitchen contains a little bottle of olive oil produced from their own olives. But it is the location, the gardens and the little farm and the view across the valley which can take your breath away. Sonia is happy and welcoming and patient. She showed us around the wine and olive farm and was always approachable when we contacted her. There are two guest apartments side by side, but it is quite private nonetheless. Note that you can hear sounds from the other apartment quite easily. I cannot recommend this enough! Would love to come back.

La casetta di campagna è bellissima e ottimamente tenuta. Facile da raggiungere in auto e posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla. Tommaso è stato gentilissimo, la casa era pulita e ordinata e c’era tutto il necessario. Consigliato!

Leonardo’s place was the stuff Tuscan dreams are made of. When you think of a beautiful authentic Tuscan getaway, this is it! Leonardo was super quick to respond when we had questions. He had left us wine and cheese and helpful information as well. Just FYI -The bedrooms and bathrooms were up a narrow stair case so we just left our suitcases downstairs which worked out fine for us but could be an issue if you have mobility issues. We stayed out in the lounge chairs and hammocks for hours; if you walk down into the olive groves and to the right, you can see the sunset over the incredible Tuscan hills. Our only issue was finding it both times we drove in - the first day, we took a wrong turn and ended up on a one-lane dirt road but miraculously came out on the main road and found it easily from there. Coming home from Siena the next day, we took a different route so then got confused. But these inconveniences were outweighed by everything else. Highly recommend!!

This is a great little place to stay in picturesque Montecatani Alto, close to the square and nice restaurants and wine bars. Federica is a lovely and extremely helpful host!

Die Kommunikation mit Angela war immer reibungslos und freundlich. Wir haben flexibel einchecken können und Angela hat zügig reagiert. Auch auf Sonderwünsche ist sie umgehend eingegangen. Das B&B liegt etwas außerhalb von Pisa, ist aber über einen längeren Spaziergang, per Bus oder sonstiges Verkehrsmittel schnell erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Massino씨는 완벽한 호스트 였습니다. 숙소가 정말 깨끗하고 지내는 동안 안전하고 편하게 보냈습니다. 서비스로 제공해주신 와인 감사했습니다. 피렌체를 즐기기에 부족함이 없는 훌륭한 숙소였습니다. 주차역시 프라이빗이 보장되는 전용 주차장이라 안심할 수 있었습니다. 감사했습니다.

Lorenzo’s place was clean and as described. You go up a staircase that has 22 steps to go to the apartment but once inside the rooms are spacious. The host even had some snacks and croissants for us to eat. The place is very close to Porta San Frediano which you cross to go to the city centre. Parking is available on the street in front. We walked to all the main sights like the Vecchio Palace, Ponte Vecchio and Galleria dell’Academia to name a few. There are good restaurants next to the apartment and we tried Braceria San Frediano and Rione Brewpub which were both very good. Highly recommended!

Filippo’s space was even better in person. Fairy lights over the bed greeted me upon arrival. I had coffee and tea as well as some brioche for my mornings. The room is beautiful, loved the painted walls. The bed was comfortable and despite the heat outside, it was cool inside.

Soggiorno ben oltre le nostre (già alte!) aspettative! Emanuela ci ha accolto nei migliori dei modi e ci siamo sentite subito a casa, la sua ospitalità da manuale ci ha davvero conquistate. È stata un’host impeccabile, sempre disponibile e gentilissima. L’alloggio è una splendida tenuta immersa nel verde della campagna toscana, perfetto per chi cerca un’oasi di tranquillità a contatto con la natura. Le foto davvero non rendono giustizia alla casa, molto spaziosa , e al bellissimo giardino.

Clara war eine wunderbare Gastgeberin - freundlich, hat beim verspäteten Check-in auf uns gewartet, alles in der Wohnung erklärt. Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben - super Lage, um die Stadt zu erkunden, die Terrasse ist zu jeder Tageszeit nutzbar, weil es zwei Schirme gibt. Und drin ist es gemütlich, sauber, genug Schränke - alles da. Sehr gern kommen wir wieder, wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind.

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

The villa was magnificent! It was so atmospheric and charming, breakfast from Carla were so good, it was a really pleasant stay. The room was also really comfortable, with history and a lot of cute details. And also this location .. can’t describe in words how beautiful it was

Wij waren met ze 3e en hadden het huisje op het terrein, heel erg privé en ontzettend mooi ingericht. Wij waren zeer tevreden, Patrizio en zijn vrouw zijn ontzettend aardig en geven je gelijk tips voor bijvoorbeeld restaurants voor lunch of diner. Ontbijt is erg uitgebreid en mooi opgedekt, zwembad is fantastisch met warm weer. Mooi afgelegen met totaal geen last van het verkeer. Kortom, geweldig! Wij waren zeer tevreden en raden dit iedereen aan!

Auf unserer Reise in die Region Latium haben wir 2 Nächte in dieser schönen Unterkunft verbracht. Valentina ist eine tolle Gastgeberin die uns sehr herzlich begrüßt hat und ihr Haus mit viel Herzblut betreibt. Das freundliche und sehr zuvorkommende Personal, das hervorragende Essen und die ruhige Lage haben unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht! Zudem konnten wir bei den Abendessen aussergewöhnliche Sonnenuntergänge genießen. Sollten wir mal wieder in der Umgebung sein, kommen wir gerne wieder! Danke, dass wir bei Dir zu Gast sein durften! What a wonderful place. We stayed here at the tail end of our trip and it was perfect. Quiet and sparse in the best of ways. Breakfast was amazing. They walked us to a lovely place for dinner. Quiet neighborhood, beautiful views. We felt like we were the inky tourists, which was amazing after hitting all the tourists spots. We were sad to leave so soon!

La Forestaria is truly an amazing! Not only is it beautiful and peaceful but we had so much fun there! Would highly recommend this stay to anyone! It was a very quick drive to Lucca and near anything you may need! If you’re staying here I would also recommend trying to join one of the cooking class hosted at the location! We had an amazing time and I truly hope we come back one day!

Für uns war es die perfekte Unterkunft! Maria ist sehr gastfreundlich und kommunikativ. Das Airbnb ist richtig schön und das Frühstück war perfekt (auch sehr toll für Vegetarier). Haben uns wirklich wohl gefühlt. Einen großen Dank und definitiv weiterzuempfehlen. Sind mit dem Bus angereist und von Volterra gelaufen und fanden das prima (aber sind auch sehr sportlich). Es gab tolle Wanderwege in der Umgebung und generell war es richtig schön ruhig!

Det har været et virkeligt skønt ophold i fantastisk smukke og hyggelige omgivelser og vi er blevet forkælet med dejlig morgenmad, gode råd om ture i nærområdet og mulighed for at slappe af og nyde roen på dette helt specielle sted. Our stay was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. It felt like visiting family. The hosts are the most genuine, thoughtful couple we've ever met. Their hospitality went far beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly responsive and offered fantastic recommendations for the area, but what really made our experience special was the cooking class we did with them. We learned how to make fresh pasta and dessert from scratch, then shared the most delicious meal together. It wasn’t just a dinner,it was a memory we’ll carry with us forever. Out of our entire 19-day trip through Italy, this was hands down the highlight. The property itself is straight out of a movie. The home is stunning, filled with character and charm, and the grounds are peaceful, beautifully maintained, and truly capture the magic of Tuscany. If you're looking for an authentic, heartfelt experience that goes beyond just a place to stay, this is it!!
