Great place in a great location. Kimmy's place was very clean, VERY well stocked, like a lived in home. The kitchen has more than the usual, she provided bathroom amenities, including disposable razors, tiny Toothpastes, and quality soap, shampoo and conditioner. The added leisure amenities were also a huge plus. Us 7 adults made use of all the gameroom games as well as the hot tub, bbq and we even made s'mores on the fire pit. (which she even had sticks for!) Plenty of room in a great quite location, walking distance to the pismo beach entrance. Would definitely recommend.

We had an incredible stay at Nick and Lauren’s place! The home is beautifully designed inside and out—perfect for a getaway with family and friends. The outdoor space has such a great vibe, and the kids especially loved the playset, the games in the garage, and the fun toys and games in the rooms. The location made it super easy to get to downtown Atascadero and take scenic roads to Templeton and Paso. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable experience!

Highly recommended! This house is located in a private and quiet area. Once you get past the entrance gate, there’s a private road leading to the home, which offers a beautiful view to a neighboring field of grapevines. From inside the home, there’s a beautiful view to the fields. If you are in town for the wine culture, consider planning a visit to Willow Creek Wine Co., who offers amazing chenin blancs, and Union Sacre for ecclectic wines. Overall, great experience.

Beautiful home , so quiet and peaceful. We planned for this trip to be relaxing and it certainly was. The host Debbie and Jeffrey were great and responded quickly. We definitely will be booking again in the future.

The location was awesome for exploring town. The house was well appointed with everything we needed far making breakfast and a good night’s sleep. Will stay again when back in SLO.

I booked Raquel’s home last minute. Raquel was very friendly and responsive and gave very clear instructions! Unfortunately, we did not end up getting to stay due to medical issues. Because of Raquels’s great communication and sympathy for our situation, I plan to look for her homes to book for future stays. I gave good ratings based on my interaction with Raquel.

Our stay was great, the house and backyard area were lovely for our little family getaway. Tracy let us borrow some beach essentials and was flexible with our check in time to accommodate our little one. We had a great stay!

Great stay here! 5 minute walk from the beach and 15 min drive to downtown SLO. The house was clean and beautiful with so many options for activities.

Avila Beach is a hidden gem! John and his family shared all their local knowledge which helped us plan. Excellent communication and very flexible on arrival/departure.

The stay at the cottage suite was wonderful! It was a great getaway for just the two of us and our 11 year old Golden, with easy access to the beach, to Cayucos and to Morro Bay. This is probably one of the most nicely appointed Airbnb places that we have stayed. It is not like the typical short term rental flip. You can tell that Edel and Alex have put the same care into the cottage as they would their house, with spot on finishes and trim, comfortable furniture and high end appliances. Definitely will be at the top of our list next time we visit the Central Coast

This was such an amazing stay! My only regret was not booking more than one day here. But Diane was the sweetest for allowing us to check out later. She was super communicative and considerate. As for the space, it was super spacious for my boyfriend and I! We enjoyed a movie night in the living room before getting a good nights rest in the comfy king-sized bed. The water machine was truly appreciated as well. This place had amazing amenities, comfortable furniture, a peaceful neighborhood, and beautiful backyard. Thank you so much again Diane!!!

We had a great time at Leanne’s place. The house was clean, organized, and set up with everything we needed. Leanne was great. We booked about 3 months prior to our stay and requested early check in as we had to be somewhere by 5. She was very responsive, followed up with me a few days before our stay as she said she would and again the day we arrived to let us know as soon as the house was ready. This was excellent service and I know she truly cares about her guests stay. Thank you Leanne for everything and we can’t wait to come back!

My wife and I absolutely loved this place, and it was the perfect home base to explore up and down the coast. The apartment is VERY VERY well appointed, and is an INCREDIBLE value for all that Ali provides. If you are looking for a private and quiet place to get-a-way, then this is the place for you! We also loved getting daily messages with recommendations for activities, and we even did a few of them! If you are a walker, then I would recommend taking a walk around the neighborhood, we even saw several deer on our first night out. Also, make sure you take the "secret" trail down in San Simeon - that was the best! Thank you, Ali, for creating such great place to stay- we loved the beach vibe!

We had a wonderful stay here. The pictures don’t do it justice. Kitchen was well stocked and a very functional space for cooking and hanging out. There was plenty of seating for our entire group, which consisted of several families coming together with young kids, and the beds were all very comfortable - even the couch that turned into a bed. The best parts were the serene surroundings, watching the sunset, and the outdoor space where the kids ran around and played while we bbq’d. It’s a little drive to get to the bigger wineries, but scenic and doable. We went to Sculpterra, which was the perfect for families with kids. Overall, a great trip and stay at the house.

This is my second time at this Airbnb with this group of ladies. We had a total blast both times. Totally peaceful, serene, gorgeous. We love it here. The drive up once you get to the neighborhood is hilariously scary (there’s a small dirt road up a hill) but it was just fine. VERY good vibes here!! And Courtney was great!

My family stayed at Peters home over Easter weekend and we all had a wonderful time. We enjoyed cooking easter dinner in the gorgeous kitchen (everything we could needs was there!) The grandkids had so much fun finding easter eggs and swimming in the pool (which was the perfect temperature) . I highly recommend Peters home, he was in constant communication and so easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Jacob's place is one of the best airbnbs we have ever stayed at. while we have stayed at so many places with pool, the pool here was warm, the lounging chairs were great, the pool toys were usable and the pool was clean. the hot tub was great as well and the backyard was a great place to hang out. additionally the house itself was wonderful with all the necessities. we definitely recommend Jacob's place for everyone and will try to come here again.

Wow, we walked into a Tuscan Villa and enjoyed every aspect of our stay. The house is nice and the property even better. Great for adult weekend away.

We had a lovely weekend. The house and property were beautiful and had everything you would need to cookout, bake, and lounge by the pool. The hosts gave great recommendations for local outings. We would definitely stay again.
