Condo vacation rentals in Pismo Beach

I loved the location of this room. I felt safe at all times. The bed was the most comfy on earth! The location is perfect for beach combers and is a very convenient location for visiting the other local beaches and fun beach shopping and dinning. My brother will be renting this same unit in May. I will be back next year for sure!!

Amber’s place was very nice! Close to beach, Pismo and Morro Bay! Hearst Castle was just over an hour! My Granddaughter and I had a Great Getaway! Thank you Amber Donna & Sammers

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, especially the rooftop hot tub views! Very clean and perfect for what we needed. Close walk to nearby shops and restaurants. Would stay again!

Amber and her husband are great hosts. The location is right next to the beach, walking distance and the pier is about 5 minutes away loved it will be going back.

Hi David and Tammy, this is Art Burgos - finally got back home, I didn't bring my laptop (glad to get away from it) Had a wonderful time your home is beautiful my wife and I walked to the beach and dinner, my wife was happy to see a fireplace (we have 3 fireplaces in our home) One thing I might suggest was to consider installing is a 1 hour timer on your fireplace instead of a switch - we were good and only used it a short time before bed, Ihave one in my bedroom and love that I don't have to get up to shut it off - I did not contact house cleaning, I recently had to purchase a new phone and made this reservation on my computer

Overall great little spot hidden away behind the dunes. The place was super clean and a short walk from the beach. David was helpful & responsive. We stayed a whole month before our move to arroyo grande from Texas and would do it again no questions asked!

It was a great place, good proximity to the Oceano Dunes, nice view of the ocean from the bedroom. Very clean, nicely decorated. Easy check in and check out instructions.

This Airbnb was clean comfortable and relaxing. My girlfriend and I stayed here for the night and we loved this spot. We had an amazing nights sleep right next to the beach and we felt right at home. It honestly couldn’t have been any better. I definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful trip to Pismo Beach and absolutely loved the unit we stayed in! It was beautifully designed, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The private balcony was a standout—large, peaceful, and perfect for enjoying the views. Everything was clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully prepared. We left feeling relaxed, happy, and already talking about when we’ll return. Highly recommend!

Amazing place loved everything about it and had a good weekend with the family it was walking distance to everything would stay again only if they give the right gate code next time we had to use someone else gate code who was staying there as well

We really enjoyed our stay at the Valentina. The home was great and the 4 of us had a wonderful time relaxing with the coastal breeze, a blanket and a fireplace as we played games and started a good book to ring in the new year! Easy walking conditions to get to the main area of downtown pismo. We look forward to a future stay!

Location, location, location. I’ve come to pismo a lot of times and I’ve always seen this building. Now I finally stayed in this building and it did not disappoint! Everything about it is amazing! Walkable to everything! I love the storage for the bikes and the easy access to the pier. The only downside is the loud noises at night from the bar downstairs and across the street and the loud vehicles driving by. Other than that everything was amazing! Communication was great with the staff! The garage door keypad was broken so we couldn’t get in without the remote but that was fixed the next day! So fast and efficient on everything! We met Ed the older gentleman who lives in the building and he was very helpful in giving us recommendations as well as making us feel safer by letting us know the building had security cameras in place.

The condo was perfect in every way…location, cleanliness, price. Walking distance to restaurants and the beach. I am looking forward to staying again!

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

I want to thank Vince and Emily for letting my family stay at their wonderful place. It was literally next to everything. Perfect location and it also has a garage. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place with excellent views of the bay and harbor. Walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Fireplaces came in handy for chilly days. Kitchen is well stocked with all the essentials. We definitely enjoyed our visit.

This rental was the best we have stayed in while visiting Morro Bay. The location is amazing, within walking distance of restaurants, beaches, shops, museums, kayak rentals and more. We had all of the amenities needed and especially enjoyed the comfy king sized bed, beautiful views of Morro Bay and the rock from the front patio, living room and bedroom, the large walk-in shower, and fireplace. We experienced proactive communication from Beach-N-Bay, and I liked how they immediately invited feedback regarding any maintenance needed. I highly recommend the La Roche rentals for your next Morro Bay vacation!

The rental company was really responsive and proactively checked in on us. The apartment is quite basic but the location was fabulous. Short walk to the beach/boardwalk, monarch butterfly grove and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The trash cans were hard to find but the company emailed us a map right away.

Property is clean, private and quiet. Location is perfect for beach and local amenities. The drive to SLO, Pismo area and local wineries is very easy. Terri is very responsive and helpful to any questions. We will return.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this condo! The condo was clean and exactly as discribed, and the views were amazing and it was easy to get to the beach. It was also close enough to walk to many of the restaurants and shops, but still was far enough away to still feel like you had privacy, and the beach never got too busy. We also loved that this area was super dog friendly. If you enjoy the small town atmosphere and amazing views, I would highly recommend this place!

The place was as described and met our needs for our 1 night stay. It was clean and comfortable and the location is great!

We have stayed at this location before. The condo meets all our needs. Having the elevator to reach the second floor location of the condo is essential for my son who has a walking challenge. The kitchen is well stocked so that we could cook some meals. The location is perfect with the ocean so close we could hear the waves. Lots of things to do within walking distance. This is our happy place.
