Family-friendly vacation rentals in Pismo Beach

Perfect spot, perfect condo. Very much enjoyed this beautiful home for our stay. Everything was clean and comfy, good assortment of amenities, can’t beat the ocean views for sure. The gated private parking was a huge plus as we were driving a dually one ton and finding street parking would have been a nightmare. Will be my first place to check for availability when I return to Pismo.

The property with its yard, pool and views is really beautiful. Whitney was very communicative and responsive through our stay.

The only things you need to take in consideration it’s pretty far out from the main attractive points of this area but at the same time you enjoy beautiful rides so it’s also allowed you enjoy a unique experience.

I liked the property. Nice views of the ocean and vacant lots on either side, providing plenty of privacy. Walking distance from Fiscalini Ranch Preserve. Christy is a thorough host, who is proactive and responsive. I would recommend staying at this property.

Perfect place to escape for the weekend. Close to everything but far enough away to be in a peaceful quiet neighborhood.

Quiet and quaint. The guest house is right at the pool and, while on the same property as the main house, feels set apart. Loved the pool area and grill, very close to town and multiple wineries along the Adelaida trail.

Thanks Diane, for yet another great visit! We enjoyed hanging out with Bear again, that's for sure. Also, the peace and quiet in your neighborhood was just as we hoped. Love the SLO county life, so we'll see you again!

Wow! The living and dining rooms were cozy, the kitchen had TONS of things so we could cook, both bedrooms were comfortable and the bathrooms had everything you'd need. We parked in the driveway and the front door was only steps away. We especially enjoyed the outdoor seating and the hot tub. It was only 4 minutes to town and 5 minutes to the beach, so it was very well located. Best part was that it was just as nice as the photos and the communication with Diane was fantastic. We would return in a heartbeat and would recommend 100%.

Great accommodations with serene views. Super peaceful and immaculate rooms. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again. The backyard goats are great plus!

Kyes place was so peaceful, beautiful and relaxing. We loved getting to use the spa every evening after hiking.

We just got back from a wonderful week in beautiful Los Osos. We were in town to visit family that lives right down the street, they have a a couple dogs, that Kylee was happy to let us have visit the casita, and they loved all the room to run and play. The house is exactly as pictured, perfect for a couple, and would also work well with a couple of kiddos. We used the hot tub several nights, the sky was clear, stars out, and the weather was nice and cool for long soaks after walks through the beautiful, at the end of the block, Elfin Forest. The bed was perfect not too soft not too firm. The kitchen was stocked well, Kylee even had a basket of goodies and drinks on the counter, to welcome us, very sweet:) We come out to Los Osos sometimes twice a year, and we usually stay in Morro Bay @ the Harbor Suites, but from now on, if this home is available we will stay here every time! Thank you Kylee for sharing your little piece of paradise❤️

My friends and I stayed here for a quiet girls weekend. We loved the place! The kitchen had everything we needed for cooking dinner at home and the view was beautiful! Great place to enjoy Morro Bay.

An amazing stay. Very beautiful home with records to listen to an out side tub to relax in under the stars. The only disappointment was I couldn’t get most of the out side lights to come on. Other than that you can’t beat this place

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood in Cambria. Katy’s place had everything we needed to relax. We loved our “home base” to return to in between eating tasty food in town and enjoying the nearby hiking trails and ocean views. The hot tub is the cherry on top!

Our stay at the Prefumo Canyon Inn was extremely enjoyable and uniquely stunning. The property is luxurious in a most naturally conscious way. The views and nature surrounding are breathtaking, sometimes you are actually above a blanket of clouds.We had an extended stay with family and cooked many great meals with ease. Andrea is the most delightful host, she is as sensitive to your privacy as she is to your needs. We took advantage of many of her suggestions of activities in the area which are boundless, but we enjoyed relaxing in our beautiful space the most. Bonus! Fresh eggs from the ladies (her adorable chickens). We LOVED our stay and hope to be back.

Great place for a family gathering.

We were very pleased with our stay at Anny’s place. Everything we needed was provided. The apartment was beautifully decorated. Anny was very friendly and and always helpful.

My friend and I had the pleasure of staying at Cindy’s beautiful Morro Bay home for a week, and we absolutely loved it. The views of Morro Rock are stunning, and it’s just a 10-minute walk to the beach. The house is spotless, thoughtfully styled, and fully equipped—Cindy has truly thought of everything. It felt like a home away from home, with a spacious lounge, well-appointed kitchen/dining area, and two comfortable bedrooms each with their own bathrooms. The beds were super comfortable! While the house is in a quiet, peaceful spot just outside the town centre, it’s only a 3–5 minute drive or a 35-minute walk in. We visited Scout Coffee daily—highly recommend! Morro Bay is a perfect base for exploring the Central Coast, and Cindy’s place made it even more special. Thank you, Cindy, for being such a wonderful host. We had a fantastic stay! The location is absolutely perfect—just steps from the beach, which made it easy to enjoy morning walks, sunsets, and plenty of ocean time without any hassle. The house was clean, well-stocked, and exactly as described. A peaceful and relaxing getaway—we’d love to come back!

Tobin and Natalie have a lovely place, in a beautiful setting. We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We like to cook and we had all amenities to do this. Tobin and Natalie have chickens and we thoroughly enjoyed the fresh eggs! This is a great place to stay for San Luis Obispo attractions as well as wineries. .

This is a fantastic place to stay in Morro Bay! Karen is incredibly kind and shared many great recommendations for local food and activities and thanks to her, we had a wonderful time there. The room was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended!
