1/2 block from beach, upstairs bungalow, clean, furnished and open floor plan, great room, deck, dining and livingroom, 1 bedroom w/ queen bed/ black out curtains, 50" Flatscreen with good wifi, Roku, large deck for sunning, bird watching. Wildland-urban interface local. We've seen raccoons, a coyote, swallows nest in spring and sometimes spiders make webs outside. We are right where urban and wildland meet. Longer stays available, just ask. Calendar is often blocked, but we can open dates.

Newly built,secluded 600 sq ft 1 bedroom home with panoramic views of all of San Luis Obispo. Home is centrally located at 7min from both downtown &/or wineries, 3 miles to Cal Poly- but is completely quiet with no traffic on our multi acre property. This home shares the driveway and parking with our family’s main house, but the home has been designed for the two sets of 8ft glass sliders to have unobstructed views while maintaining complete privacy. The resort has a gym, spa, valet parking, bikes that you can use and it is very close to many restaurants, wineries and fun events.

Beachwalk cottage. Hear the waves!

Our cottage was remodeled in 2014 with the highest quality appliances and finishes. You are walking distance to everything in the downtown area. The cottage is best suited for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The cottage has one dedicated parking spot in the driveway. The parking space is limited so we are not able to accommodate oversized vehicles. There is usually ample street parking after 4 pm and before 11 am.
