Sharing this special place with good people made us so happy, that we decided to built facilities to stay. So we started to renovate our little garbage hut and tool shed, building a little bath house and a bigger tent for families. By renting the small cottages, we can combine the joy of sharing this place with living a little bit of it.

Tree house buchengrün is a great place for a break on the edge of the forest. It is surrounded by trees, meadows, a fireplace and animal enclosures. Particular emphasis was placed on high-quality architecture: the tree house is sustainable and built with high-quality materials and offers a feel-good ambience in the middle of nature. It has already been awarded the Geramb Rose 2024, a Styrian architecture award and a timber construction award. It is quietly located away from the courtyard.

Cozy city apartment

The newly furnished, modern 46 m² apartment with 12 m² west balcony is located on the 2nd floor and offers comfort and coziness for up to 4 guests. It consists of a spacious living room with a pull-out, comfortable sofa bed, a dining and work area as well as a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. Advantages include high-speed Wi-Fi, a smart TV, washing machine, capsule coffee machine, underground parking space incl. an e-charging station, an elevator and insect screens.

LA PERLITA Blockhouse suburbs of Graz

Our blockhouse is a comfortable oasis for people who wish to spend relaxing days in the nature. It is located on a hill, in the middle of a big flowergarden, from where you can enjoy quiet and fantastic panorama of the mountains around. In the blockhouse there is a little wooden kitchen, a bathroom with shower and WC as well as a terrace. We rent la perlita in the period of time between April and October. The little house has 4 cm thick walls.

Electrical appliances (fridge, stove, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle), a comfortable box-spring bed (180 x 200 cm), a couch (pull-out bed, 150 x 180 cm), and a TV – perfect for winding down in the evenings, a dining table with two chairs, a comfortable bathroom with shower, toilet, and LED mirror, as well as a balcony with seating and a hanging chair.

The bus stop is a 10-minute walk away (14 minutes to the city center). The highway exit is also very close by. The area is very quiet. We look forward to welcoming you!

It is twelve minutes from the tram station and the train, there are two large shopping centers within five minutes by car and the center of Graz is ten minutes by car and the airport is five kilometers away. The room has pleasant temperatures in summer. Guests can also use the terrace. There is a possibility of a little soccer with small goals in the garden outside the house. We also have the possibility of renting 1 or 2 bicycles.

Small feel-good wooden house

Do you need a break or do you want to use the nearby bike path for exercise? Here you can relax wonderfully but also be active. The 36 m2 log cabin has a kitchen-living room, a bedroom, an anteroom and a bathroom. In front of it is a large terrace where you can see the flowing mill and are surrounded by lots of nature. The public bus to downtown is about 700 m away, and you can park your car and bicycles directly at the property.
