Marta is a very pleasant and kind person. She helped us with advice about Gardaland Park and recommended places to eat nearby. The apartment is in a quiet and pleasant environment, easy to find, tidy and comfortable.

Arrigo’s home was in a good location if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle (which we did) It was in a quiet, peaceful and clean location. Arrigo is a great host, when we arrived early he met us at the water bus stop helped us with my suitcase and walked us to his home sharing with us his love for Venice. He kept our suitcases while we walked around and explored until check in time. Once check in time came we walked back, he met us outside and walked us in. He showed us around the apartment and how to work everything. He then pulled out a huge map and marked down anything and everything from restaurants, grocery stores to must see places as well as bus lines to and from different islands. He also made a little handbook for reference of everything he went over with us it was amazing, he’s so organized and we actually referred to his handbook a few times for restaurants. He also left us with a complimentary bottle of Prosecco from Vino Vero a must try very close to Airbnb.

The view from the bedroom is unbelievable and spectacular and we never wanted to leave. We had the best experience here and we cannot wait to return. It was peaceful and quiet in Giudecca and a very easy 3 minute boat ride across to the main island. The apartment was so clean and comfortable and it was lovely having Ima meet us at the boat ramp when we arrived. Our hosts were responsive and kind and Venice will always have a special place in our hearts. Thank you!

We had a great stay! The location is excellent—close to shops and restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet neighborhood that allowed us to relax. Valentina and her team were always responsive and helpful throughout our visit. Would definitely recommend.

Le logement est très propre, parfaitement situé, et vraiment bien équipé, il dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires, y compris une laveuse et une sécheuse, ce qui est très pratique. L’arrêt de bus pour se rendre à Venise est à une minute à pied, ce qui facilite énormément les déplacements. L’hôte a été toujours disponible, très gentil et extrêmement flexible, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Nous recommandons vivement cet appartement à tous ceux qui souhaitent visiter Venise dans les meilleures conditions !

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at Laura's apartment. Everything was so clean and organized, and still felt like home. Laura's instructions were super clear and she met us at the designated spot within a minute. We would highly recommend staying here and we wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we ever return to Venice.

L'appartement est hyper bien placé, la décoration est top. La vue sur le canal est géniale. L'arrivée autonome est un plus surtout en arrivant dans la nuit. Si vous prenez un taxi, il vous pose devant la porte. Les petites attentions sont très agréables, je pense qu 'il ne manque rien, il y a tout en équipement : lave linge séchant, climatisation, parapluie et cape de pluie... si je reviens à Venise, c'est sur je choisirai cet appartement.

The host was very responsive and provided descriptive details for all instructions. We felt comfortable and safe at their apartment. There is a supermarket and several restaurants near by. It's around 25 mins walk to St. Mark Square.We enjoyed the stay.

This was a fantastic property! The area is very clean and walkable to great food, wine and water bus stations. The apartment was very clean, Valentina was great!!!! An AirBnB we had previously booked cancelled on us the day before our trip the Venice. I initially chose Lorenzo's place based on the positive reviews, and it truly lived up to expectations. After booking our flights, I informed Lorenzo of our late departure (9:30 PM), and he was incredibly accommodating regarding our check-out. The property was immaculate and felt like a home away from home. All the necessary amenities were provided, including towels, kitchen essentials, a washing machine, a dryer, pots and pans, and a hairdryer. The standout feature of Lorenzo’s place is its fantastic location. Outside the Marco Polo Airport, you can catch bus 15 (tickets available for purchase inside the airport), which takes you to Forte Marghera Moretti in just 14 stops. Additionally, the T1 tram is conveniently located just a minute's walk from the house, making it easy to reach Venice in just four stops. Overall, I highly recommend this place. L’alloggio di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiello nascosto in una zona residenziale di Venezia. Oltre il muro d’ingresso si cela un bel cortiletto da cui si accede all’appartamento, un grazioso bilocale molto pulito, con una cucina molto fornita e una camera da letto molto spaziosa. Beatrice, oltre ad averci fatto trovare prodotti per la colazione, ci ha accompagnati personalmente all’appartamento e ci ha dato molti consigli su locali della zona e su come muoverci in città. Assolutamente consigliato!

Alessandro is an excellent host - friendly, a good communicator with plenty of local tips. The apartment was wonderful - the air con was much needed and he thoughtfully provided water, juice and everything we needed for breakfast. Would totally recommend!

The flat was amazing, located on a quiet street but with quick access to many restaurants and attractions. The location couldn’t have been better. Having a washing machine and dryer was definitely a rare and appreciated find. Communication with Paola was easy, and she was very responsive throughout our stay.

We loved staying there. It was super close to the train station to Venice. It was beautiful, clean and super quiet. It had everything we needed, and lots of space! I would definitely recommend Manuela’s place if you’re looking to go to Venice, but you want somewhere a little quieter and out of the way!

Monica’s place was one of the best Airbnb’s we have stayed at in a long while. The apartment was cozy, comfortable, spotless and had absolutely everything needed for a perfect stay. Monica was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. She left us a lovely welcome gift and plenty of snacks and beverages. Loved having both washer and dryer in the apartment as well. The location was very convenient, with easy access to the freeway, and grocery making it simple to get around. During our stay we visited Venice, Bolzano, Belluno, Asolo, Vichenza and Padua. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a hassle-free and pleasant stay! Thanks Monica!
