Cottage vacation rentals in Pine Lake

Was the perfect getaway! Quiet neighborhood on a beautiful lake. The only thing that surprised us was the close vicinity to the neighbor’s house. The neighbors were very nice and did not bother us at all!

It was another magical stay at the Point. Beautiful, private, serene setting, even during a busy time on the lake. The house was as immaculately clean and comfortable as it has been on our previous visits. We're tall -- both six feet -- and the slanted ceiling in the kitchen/bathroom (mentioned in another review) has never been a concern. Loren is the best host I've worked with on Airbnb, offering clear instructions and quick communication.

We choose Trevah’s place for our family weekend getaway. It was fun. My granddaughter enjoyed the spacious home. She answered our questions in a timely manner and was helpful getting us connected with the Marina to rent a pontoon for the day. Our family had a blast. The one thing that we all had to get used to was the lack of window shades, specially for the sunrise. Don’t get us wrong. We loved all the windows. But it was something to get used to. Definitely would will consider coming back. Thank you Trevah for sharing your home with us. Otherwise lovely home.

Staying at Dona and David’s was an absolute blast! It was the perfect spot for relaxing. We took a lot of recommendations out of their book for activities to do. We went to the Portman Nature reserve, the lavender farm, Paw Paw Brewery, local shops, and Bird Dog. The place was very spacious and was bigger than expected! They were very accommodating in providing little things like toiletries and spices that are easy to forgot. They were very responsive in their messages and gave some great recs. We also set up a bonfire in the yard and used their canoes at sunset, it was an absolutely wonderful experience and we hope to return soon!! Thank you!

Beautiful lakefront property, plenty of room for a family, nice accommodations and amenities, plus a very friendly, proactive Host. We would love to take advantage of all the opportunities the Gun Lake community provides during the summer months and would definitely return here to stay.

We loved our stay at the cute cabin! It was just as pictured, was very clean, & had everything we could have needed. When we checked in, there were fresh eggs & local hard cider in the fridge. There were also plenty of movies, games, books, & kids toys stocked around the cabin. The outdoor amenities made this a super fun stay! There is a bar/seating area, a kids playhouse, a lake with a paddleboat and life vests, a ping pong table, a volleyball net, & even a hiking trail! The trail was very fun to explore, & we saw turkeys & a deer on the path. They also have chickens & a very friendly cat on the property. Anne was very accommodating. She provided us with bikes & helmets & offered us a later check-out time. She gave very clear instructions on how to find the property. We met her in-person (she lives on the property) & she was super friendly. The cabin is walking distance from downtown Douglas, a few restaurants, a grocery store, the Dunes Resort, & the Root Beer Barrel.

Our family absolutely loved our stay at Rosé at the Bay! The location on Gull Lake could not be beat - a gorgeous view of the lake, walkable to several restaurants, and convenient to Richland. The house itself was adorable, comfortable, and exceeded our expectations. The three bedrooms were well appointed (the balcony off the master was *chef’s kiss*), and the bonus office was perfect to work from “home.” Being able to use the pier for our boat was a huge plus. We did not travel far to get here, but our stay truly felt like a relaxing faraway vacation. Tammy was a gracious host and we feel very fortunate to have had the opportunity to stay in her beautiful home.

Absolutely gorgeous lake house with breathtaking views and a private beach that made our stay unforgettable. The house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located for a peaceful getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

The cottage was beautiful, and though there was a little bit of miscommunication, Tim and Kate went above and beyond to come up with a solution for us! We would definitely consider staying again when it's warmer out!

This place is so pretty. It was very spacious and the surroundings were gorgeous! We did not want to live. We felt like we were home and the beach was only a few minutes away. Zach was very helpful and responsive and very accommodating. The only thing we did not like was that the landscaping people were there twice during our stay. Waking up our baby one morning. We also had an issue w one of the hammocks but did not address this with Zach until after our stay.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at Gary’s place. The lake, the pontoon, paddle boards and pedal boat were used daily. It is private and quiet. There are plenty of life vests and even some large inner tubes you can take out on the water. The floating dock and lily pad were covered in goose poop while we were there so we didn’t use them. The house was comfortable and had more amenities than most air BNBs we’ve stayed at. Our favorite spot (besides being on the water) was drinking coffee and reading on the covered porch! Would recommend to families!!

We lost power at our first air bnb and needed a place to move to fairly quick. I found Brendin’s place and messaged him. He responded immediately and said we could check in as soon as needed. The place was beautiful! We didn’t get to use the outside since we were there only a couple of days and had a family Wedding one of those days. Thank you Brandin and Haley!

Dragan was an amazing host. When a problem occurred he was quick to fix it and make it better! Super responsive and a lovely place!

We had a wonderful Memorial weekend getaway! The house was perfect for our family of 4 and our dog. We enjoyed all this property inside and outside. All the little touches from smore kits, popcorn machine, charging station, games for the family and towels for the hot tub made this property even better. We enjoyed hiking at trails nearby. My husband and son fished every day. Went into Hastings and Middleville for some amazing dinners. We had some breathtaking sunsets as well! We would love to come back when the weather is even warmer to fully enjoy the lake.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in Saugatuck! The place was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The location was perfect—just a short walk to downtown Saugatuck, restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. The home had a great blend of charm and modern touches. We especially loved the outdoor patio, and hot tub. The beds were comfortable. Kim was responsive, friendly, and made check-in and check-out super easy. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Saugatuck. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We absolutely loved the location of this adorable cottage right in town and so walkable to everywhere in Saugatuck. The views were great and the chairs on the patio looking out on the water were so relaxing. The bed was comfy and it had everything we needed. I also loved that they had cable, so we could relax for a bit before bed and not have to try to remember passwords to log into our streaming platforms.

The house was very comfortable, full of light and was very well equipped. Host was very responsive and helpful.

Very cozy and cute place! I loved the short walk into town. It was the perfect place to spend the weekend. My family & fur-baby adored this place and I definitely plan to come back. I loved the backyard! It’s so big! It was fun to hang back there and exercise. I have so many good things to say.

This lakefront cottage is wonderful for relaxing. Completely peaceful, cozy, and quiet! The dock is a perfect place to watch the sunset and the three season room has tremendous lake views. We really enjoyed morning coffee and breakfast in the three season porch/room. Our host (Brad) was super responsive with communications and very helpful with recommendations.

Excellent place for a brief stay. Host was friendly and communicative, and cottage was a nice quaint place to stay.

My partner and I had a nice peaceful few days at Mike's little castle. It's not a polished luxury chalet, but it's a cozy, comfortable, clean and reliable little lake house. Definitely looks more expansive in the wide-angle pics, but that's standard now--just know it's a nice place for a couple, two couples, a family of 4-6. Mike was a great host in every way. He left us to our privacy, and was available by text message every time we needed him. We were driving up from Chicago in the evening and Mike was still available by text while we traveled, and didn't mind us checking in a bit after 11pm. Kitchen is small, but the appliances are really nice quality. I cook a lot and I'll say, the electric stove literally changed my mind about electric stoves, the microwave is the best I've ever used, and the gas grill was excellent (even has a side burner). Heat/Cool was really good but a little confusing. Mike helped me figure that out tho. +Free firewood +quiet peaceful cove +comfy bed

Kari & Kris were excellent hosts! Super nice & friendly. We had a little accident on the property and they were extremely gracious and understanding. The place was super clean and well stocked. It has everything you need. The property is in an area that is very quiet & peaceful. You feel very comfortable and right at home. If we visit again, we will definitely come back!
