Pine Island Sound vacation rentals

We thoroughly enjoyed our family time here. They provided everything we needed to enjoy the home (we had 8 adults and 2 children). Amenities allowed us to stay at home and enjoy the pool and outdoor activities. We enjoyed the open space for all of us to hang out in and play games. Super responsive and helpful. The grocery delivery optional service was so convenient and easy to do. Very clean and comfortable.

Very happy with stay/house/amenities/pool/spa. Newer construction with tall ceilings, beautiful appointments, bathrooms, fixtures and appliances. Kitchen provided with every imaginable item needed to cook and entertain. Salt water pool and spa were wonderful and overlook canal intersection. Lovely step down from pool to wrap-around deck overlooking canal. Easily accommodated larger family gathering for dinner/swimming. Certainly one of the nicest homes we've visited in Florida. Highly recommended.

A true island oasis! It’s paradise! where do I even start? This Pine Island retreat is beyond spectacular. It’s a dream come to life. From the moment I arrived I felt wrapped in peace and comfort. This home is impeccably, clean, decorated with refined, tropical elegance, that evokes a timeless charm, yet with every modern comfort thoughtfully in place. Stephen and Erin created a sanctuary that feels like a hidden paradise. Lush palm tree so authentically placed. I truly felt like I was in a private island jungle oasis. Every corner of the property radiates care, love and attention to detail. This place is a retreat for the soul. Each room offers a sense of calm beauty that comforts. It’s the kind of place that invite you to relax,breathe deeper and simply be. I honestly didn’t want to leave. It felt like I had traveled back in time to a more graceful relaxed era, yet everything was perfectly maintained and welcoming in a modern way. Thank you both for sharing this slice of heaven. 🥰💯

Irina's condo was perfect for our girl's trip. Kitchen was well equipped, we cooked most of our meals there. Screen porch was a great place to eat dinner or spend an afternoon reading. The beach was a short walk and there were towels and beach supplies provided. Parking was easy. Lots to do close by!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Casita Salida Del Sol very much! The condo was clean, comfortable, and nicely updated and decorated. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating before and during our stay, and the property manager was very helpful as well. We had everything we needed to feel right at home in the townhouse. It is located right next to the marina which was convenient, and fun to watch the ferry come and go throughout the day. The deck faces the east which is perfect for watching the sunrise. We saw dolphins from the deck one day. We enjoyed the kayaks, bikes, sand toys, and of course used the golf cart daily. We hated to leave and would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Michael’s home. The space is clean, new and modern. The home was easy to find and the lock box was easy to use. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has all things needed to grill or cook in, closets have extra towels, pillows and bedding. There was also a variety of items if you have babies/toddlers. If you plan to take day trips to the beach, there are beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella and a small cooler. There are also bikes in the garage. Grocery stores and restaurants close by. The pool and outdoor space are so comfy, we loved eating outside and watching NBA and NHL playoffs on the patio TV. Oh, and the TVs all had Xfinity boxes to watch live TV! Also enjoyed having morning coffee on the back patio and taking in the serenity of the canal. I would recommend this home if you are planning a stay in Cape Coral!!

We had an incredible stay - truly one of our best vacations! The home was perfect: beautifully maintained, comfortable, and in a great location. Amy was amazing - responsive, thoughtful, and extremely helpful, especially when our flight was delayed. She went out of her way to accommodate us, which we really appreciated. She also provided fantastic local restaurant recommendations that made our trip even more enjoyable. We’re already thinking about our return and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Captiva Island! The house was spotless, tastefully decorated, and surrounded by lush, well-maintained landscaping that gave us privacy. The pool and spa were the perfect size for relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed and more and the provided beach equipment was appreciated. The owners were incredibly kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. One of the best parts was the location—just a short 3-5 minute walk to the beach! We loved being so close to the gulf while enjoying the peace and quiet of this private oasis. We can’t wait to return!
