For everyone who can do without TV. 2 km from the small village of Falkenfels with a castle and a pond. The Straubinger Volksfest attracts, the Unesco World Heritage Regensburg, skiing or hiking in St. Englmar or on the Arber.

Enjoy a stylish experience in this centrally located gallery apartment, with adjacent parking. Cross two traffic lights and find yourself at Straubinger Stadtplatz, as well as five more minutes to the Festplatz (Gäubodenfest). An elevator transports you with luggage to the apartment. On request, your stay will be prepared individually, with additional ideas, decorative wishes and minibar content. Cleanliness and hygiene are the A and O for us! Looking forward to seeing you soon! Farm vacation

Our farm is located in the heart of the Vilstals and yet in a complete secluded location with only meadows/pastures and forests outside. The apartment has a separate entrance, is modernly furnished, with fully equipped kitchen and a top modern newly renovated bathroom. The location is absolutely quiet, but our farm is farmed. With us live many chickens, bees and our two Labrador Mädls Caro and Maya who roam freely around the farm. Holiday guests and fitters are welcome!

Nice and comfy apartment with own entrance

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Quaint natural hut in the permaculture forest garden

The butterfly house in the Mienbacher forest garden is a place of rest, surrounded by nature. We also like to call the place a wilderness camp. With 4 bunk beds, it is ideal for the family or for friends looking for tranquility amidst the permaculture landscape of the forest garden. We are also a livestock ark and a member of the Naturgarten e. V., so accordingly it creeps and flies, buzzes and hums with us. The toilets and showers are located at the seminar house.

here you can use a new semi-detached house, which is extremely modern, tastefully furnished with a lot of attention to detail and offers space for up to 7 people, all for yourself. You are also welcome for companies and their employees for longer stays/ long-term rentals. Farmhouse of a hermit three-sided farm, nestled in a beautiful garden, surrounded by fields in Lower Bavaria, in close proximity to Straubing and the Bavarian Forest. A place to actively explore the surroundings, while hiking, jogging, skiing or paddling, to visit adjacent cities such as Straubing, Landshut and Regensburg, to receive guests and cook together, to relax in front of the fireplace and in the garden or to relax in the in-house sauna.

Condominium in Mengkofen for companies/travelers

We offer accommodation for up to 6 people who are passing through or traveling for business (e.g. construction companies). In the 3-room apartment, there are 3 rooms with two beds each. The apartment includes a kitchen area and a bathroom with shower. In the basement, there is a washing machine with a built-in coin system. A wash cycle therefore costs €2 overnight price per person /per night. €0.30. Booking possible for 3 or more people.

The newly renovated approx. 30 sqm accommodation offers plenty of space for relaxed, quiet living with a stylish kitchen and dining area. Our accommodation is also very suitable due to the direct proximity to BMW Dingolfing for employees who are on a business trip and would like to have a little more space than just a hotel room for themselves. The spacious and wind-protected balcony invites you to a cozy end of the day.
