Beautiful romantic place. If you're looking for something in the woods, by the water, this is absolutely perfect. The house is really big, comfortable, well-equipped. Everything was perfectly clean and tidy. BBQ grill ready on the deck, overlooking the water from the bedrooms. Very helpful host. We loved it here and would definitely recommend.

Fantastically beautifully refurbished old house in a quiet place. Beautiful surroundings for hiking, or just relaxing. The accommodation itself offers great opportunities to keep busy (darts or badminton in the garden, music room, beautiful balcony, terrace, barbecue, and much more). There were four of us and there was more than enough room. Even six people could easily stay here. The bathroom is modern and large. Jörg warmly welcomed us and showed us everything we needed to know, but a flexible check-in via a key safe is also possible. We would absolutely recommend the place!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage is very cozy, but modern. We especially loved the automatic pellet stove, which provided comfort in the morning and evening. The landlord responded immediately and very friendly to a request. We will definitely be back! Family B.

The stay at this beautiful cottage in Šumava was great! The place was clean, cozy, and fully as described. The surrounding nature is beautiful and perfect for relaxing or excursions. The owner was very responsive and communicating with her was seamless. We definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet place in the middle of nature.

The house matched the description and photos. We had 2 dogs with us, so we really appreciated the children's gate between the hallway and the living room, as well as the fenced garden, where it was also possible to park. The host responded quickly and was very helpful and kind. Definitely recommend :)

We had a wonderful few days in this beautiful house in the Upper Palatinate. The house is in a totally quiet location in a cul-de-sac, only the neighbor's rooster can be heard. The garden is beautifully large and very well maintained, our dog was very happy. And we also used the garden extensively for badminton. The house corresponds exactly to the pictures, is comfortably furnished and there was nothing missing. We can recommend the accommodation and the nice hosts to everyone.

Great place to explore Czech Republic. You definitely need a car to get around except for getting to the village swimming pond/playground. Both Prague and Pilsen are easy to reach and there is tons of stuff to see and do in between. We went with 2 young kids and they weren't bored for a second

We had a very pleasant stay. The place is highly suitable for 8 people for a nice stay right in the middle of prestine nature. Highlight here was the grill place. The host communicated pretty much everything we need. We will come again. Highly recommend if you are visiting Karlovy Vary.

Nice place to stay if you like farmhouse style accomodation. It simply fulfill the basic needs with a very relaxing and idylic scene. The best part is the view during sunset. We had a great dinner upon arrival with nice sunset view. Highly emphasize!

Beautiful villa on the outskirts of Beroun with good amenities and unforgettable panoramic views! Everything is very cozy and saggy. You feel like home for the first second. There are many activities for children and a cozy barbecue area for adults. It was beautiful! Highly recommended! Many thanks to Kamila for a relaxing vacation.

The house has been completely renovated. Well-designed and well-equipped apartment. Friendly quiet dog After a warm day, cooling off with an outdoor shower and a few laps in the pool is very pleasant. Buses to Prague run several times an hour, about an hour (RegioJet and Flixbus). Walking distance to the bus station is about 20 minutes. From the train station close by, there are trains, for example, to Most. Very quiet at night.

We were in the house from June 5-9, 2025 and are very enthusiastic. For our grandchildren (1 & 4 years old) it was heavenly. We especially liked the very comfortably furnished kitchen. It had everything from the milk frother to the vacuum cleaner. The room layout was very functional. Katerina &Roman have created a fine gem. We felt super comfortable at the place. It looked even nicer than in the photos 🥰 the house is furnished with so much attention to detail, even a little something for the dogs was set up ☺️ The location is perfect to escape the stress of everyday life for a few days and relax completely. We had a great time in Aleksanders house in the center of the spa district of Karlsbad. Absolutely stunning view from the balcony in the evening. Aleksander took good care of us and communication was smooth.

Very quiet location near the lake. Nice little house. We spent an extended week in the house, had a barbecue and lit a cosy fireplace in the evening. We travelled by car and can recommend a trip to Karlovy Vary and Loket Castle.

Great location on the hiking trail to the special castle. Beautiful nature, hiking opportunities, etc. The house has a cozy decor, large comfortable bed and in the kitchen you can find everything you could wish for. Good clear info upon arrival from the host!
