Vacation rentals with a patio in Pigneto, Rome

Andrea was an excellent host! Right off the bat he was so accommodating and welcoming from booking to check-out. The location is wonderful and the apartment is exactly as pictured. He welcomed us to the apartment at check-in and provided recommendations for food and other services in the area. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

Great apartment and a super cozy neighborhood with everything you need. The balcony and the terrace was a huge plus!

I had an incredible experience staying here. From the moment I walked in I felt right at home and was struck by how immaculately clean and new everything was. The space is spotless and clearly very well cared for. Beyond that, the apartment is perfectly located, you can easily reach all of the main sights! Walking distance to the Colosseum, Termini train station and there's also many great restaurants and grocery stores locally, some just a 2 minute walk away. Jessica is an incredible hostess. Very kind, responsive and thoughtful. She offered helpful local tips, was flexible with my arrival time and ensured everything ran smoothly for me. This place and Jessica exceeded all expectations and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

This is a fantastic property in a super location which forces you to go off the beaten track the main tourist spots. There are some lovely little bars nearby and the walk down into town is amazing. Full of sights and bustle. This is a great property.

Francesco is a very attentive person, generous with his time He gave us information on how to get to places, and always answered our questions. It was possible to check in earlier and we are very grateful We'll be back someday, we'll probably look for you!!!!!!

We had a great stay at the little house on the hill. It was a nice neighborhood. We felt safe. Host is responsive. Walking distance to local bus lines, trams and exploring Rome by foot. I would return!

Outstanding villa that will take you back in time and a beautiful walking path that will clear your mind from a busy city life. You will enjoy the stars on a clear night, witness beautiful sunsets and appreciate the sounds of nature. Luda and her family were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations to supermarkets, restaurants and nearby attractions. Staying with Giovanna felt like a warm bath: Giovanna is a lovely person with excellent host qualities. Once in Rome, do go for the stylish house, the superb terrace, the handy stores nearby, the relaxness of it all. And of course for the love of truely great Giovanna: A glorious 5 days stay it was! We will return!

Sabina's house is located in a very good location. Close to public transport [metro, bus, tram]. There are many shops, restaurants, bars nearby. Still, it's peaceful. The home is equipped with everything you need and even a package of hygiene items that you may have forgotten to bring. Sabina's place is very spacious, yet cozy, perfect for a family. It has an internal terrace where we had breakfast every day. The photos are of the actual condition of the house. There's an angle for everyone, but also a shared gathering space. Sabina greeted us in person and showed us around the house, explained everything, gave us tips. She's very friendly and communicative. She even made the first shopping. A really recommendable place. A very good base for exploring Rome as well as the surrounding area.

A good host and a home that matches the description is rare to find these days on AirBnb. Gian Piero’s home was exactly as described and he was a very proactive, responsive host. I wish more AirBnBs are as smooth and accurate as my experience. Easy 5/5 stars.

We had a very nice three days in Rome. Giorgia is super likeable, responds quickly and helps directly if there are any issues. Her place is very cozy, exactly as shown in the pictures and is ideally located so you can easily get to the center of Rome by bus and train. All in all, we are very satisfied and give our best recommendations!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ghislana’s pristine and cozy terracotta home! The interior is beautifully curated — warm, stylish, and full of charm. We instantly felt at home and were especially in love with the front yard, where we enjoyed our morning breakfasts and evening drinks. The neighborhood was a highlight in itself — Pigneto is vibrant, charismatic, and full of local color. It was the perfect place to wrap up our Italy trip, and Ghislana’s space made it all the more special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful yet lively Roman experience. Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

We had an excellent stay at Miguel's place in Pigneto. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 x adults, 2 x children), spacious, clean, everything we needed. Miguel was really communicative, easy to get hold of and very helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here.

If you want to enjoy Rom by foot and public transport, book this Appartement. It is far away from all the hustle but close enough to all the sights ( takes you within 30 minutes or a bit less to the sights). Especially the train station is just in front of the door! The whole Appartement looks exactly like on the picture. The bakery next to the house has delicious pastries and there is a supermarket near by. Grazie mille for this wonderful stay!

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Kian and Cristiano are very helpful. They answered all my questions very quickly. The apartment was very easy to access. Although it is not very close to the city center, there are many buses within a 6-7 minute walk. I was very pleased.

Great condo in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the landmarks, most in 20 minutes or less. It also felt very safe with many great restaurants and shopping nearby. The condo is spacious and the rooms are on different floors for great privacy. Each room also has it's own terrace which was nice. Highly recommended, especially for families.

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!
