Vacation rentals with a patio in Pigneto, Rome

Andrea was an excellent host! Right off the bat he was so accommodating and welcoming from booking to check-out. The location is wonderful and the apartment is exactly as pictured. He welcomed us to the apartment at check-in and provided recommendations for food and other services in the area. We loved our stay here and highly recommend!

This place was fantastic. So close to many things. We walked everywhere even with 3 kids. There were two private balconies so although it was in the middle of a bustling square it was possible to relax and rest outside. Sonia was great. She provided excellent details on how to find the place. She also offered many recommendations on places to eat. Would stay here again 100%!

Vi havde et rigtig dejligt ophold i lejligheden i Rom. Alt forløb som det skulle og Emanuela/Bbhome var altid klar på at hjælpe når vi havde spørgsmål og svarede hurtigt. Indtjekningen gik også som den skulle. Man kan trygt leje denne bolig ved dem.

I had an incredible experience staying here. From the moment I walked in I felt right at home and was struck by how immaculately clean and new everything was. The space is spotless and clearly very well cared for. Beyond that, the apartment is perfectly located, you can easily reach all of the main sights! Walking distance to the Colosseum, Termini train station and there's also many great restaurants and grocery stores locally, some just a 2 minute walk away. Jessica is an incredible hostess. Very kind, responsive and thoughtful. She offered helpful local tips, was flexible with my arrival time and ensured everything ran smoothly for me. This place and Jessica exceeded all expectations and I can’t recommend it highly enough!

This is a fantastic property in a super location which forces you to go off the beaten track the main tourist spots. There are some lovely little bars nearby and the walk down into town is amazing. Full of sights and bustle. This is a great property.

My girlfriend and I are doing a Europe tour and this spot absolutely blew the others out of the water. The space is large, great bathroom and kitchen, and the host and her family are super sweet. They even gave us complimentary champagne and snacks. I will absolutely be returning - highlight of our trip.

Outstanding villa that will take you back in time and a beautiful walking path that will clear your mind from a busy city life. You will enjoy the stars on a clear night, witness beautiful sunsets and appreciate the sounds of nature. Luda and her family were very welcoming and helpful with recommendations to supermarkets, restaurants and nearby attractions. It was an amazing experience and if your planning to visit Italy and staying outside of Rome, we highly recommend Casal Romito!

Staying with Giovanna felt like a warm bath: Giovanna is a lovely person with excellent host qualities. Once in Rome, do go for the stylish house, the superb terrace, the handy stores nearby, the relaxness of it all. And of course for the love of truely great Giovanna: A glorious 5 days stay it was! We will return!

Wir haben uns von der ersten Sekunde bereits sehr wohl gefühlt, da uns direkt ein Gefühl des Willkommen-Sein vermittelt wurde. Die Kommunikation vor und während des Aufenthaltes hat so hervorragend funktioniert, dass die Anreise und der Aufenthalt kaum besser hätten sein können. Sabina hat uns komplett umsorgt und ist proaktiv mit Ratschlägen auf uns zugekommen, sodass unsere Reise in Rom für uns großartig in Erinnerung bleiben wird! Es war rund um ein toller Aufenthalt in einer für uns tollen Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage!

Nous avons passé un mois chez Gian Piero. Le logement est agréable, la terrasse et la place de parking privés sont un gros avantage. L’entrée du parking est petite mais pour notre voiture (une Clio III) ça passait. Le quartier est agréable, il y a un bus à 5min qui vous amène partout dans le centre ville de Rome et au Colisée ainsi que le métro. Gian Piero est un hôte arrangeant et disponible.

Świetny, uroczy apartament. Niczego nam nie brakowało, świetnie zaopatrzony, ręczniki, plyny do naczyń, do prania, wszystko, naprawdę wszystko tam było, łącznie z kawą i herbatą. Urokliwy taras idealny na śniadanka lub kolacje. Okolica cicha i spokojna. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. We wszystkim nam pomógł, łącznie z zamówieniem taxi z lotniska. Wszystko naprawdę super, szczerze 10/10.

Wir hatten sehr schöne drei Tage in Rom. Giorgia ist super sympathisch, antwortet schnell und hilft direkt, wenn es Probleme gibt. Ihre Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich, genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und liegt optimal, sodass man ganz einfach mit Bus und Bahn ins Zentrum von Rom kommt. Alles in allem sind wir sehr zufrieden und geben unsere besten Empfehlungen!

We absolutely loved our stay at Ghislana’s pristine and cozy terracotta home! The interior is beautifully curated — warm, stylish, and full of charm. We instantly felt at home and were especially in love with the front yard, where we enjoyed our morning breakfasts and evening drinks. The neighborhood was a highlight in itself — Pigneto is vibrant, charismatic, and full of local color. It was the perfect place to wrap up our Italy trip, and Ghislana’s space made it all the more special. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful yet lively Roman experience. Thank you again for such a memorable stay!

Very central to restaurants and main attractions. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. The rooftop balcony added the perfect Italian flair to late night evenings! We highly recommend staying here when in Rome.

We had an excellent stay at Miguel's place in Pigneto. The apartment was perfect for our needs (2 x adults, 2 x children), spacious, clean, everything we needed. Miguel was really communicative, easy to get hold of and very helpful. I would highly recommend a stay here.

If you want to enjoy Rom by foot and public transport, book this Appartement. It is far away from all the hustle but close enough to all the sights ( takes you within 30 minutes or a bit less to the sights). Especially the train station is just in front of the door! The whole Appartement looks exactly like on the picture. The bakery next to the house has delicious pastries and there is a supermarket near by. Grazie mille for this wonderful stay!

This place was exactly what I hoped it would be. It's perfect for one or two people who want to be close to the historic center of Rome and near some good restaurants. I heard little outside noise, and I always felt safe in the unit and in the neighborhood. The hosts had cleaned the unit well - I saw no dirt when I arrived. I also used the washing machine and drying rack routinely because clothes get dirty quickly on hot Roman summer days. The hosts treated me with courtesy and respect at all times. I would happily stay here again!

Kian and Cristiano are very helpful. They answered all my questions very quickly. The apartment was very easy to access. Although it is not very close to the city center, there are many buses within a 6-7 minute walk. I was very pleased.

Great condo in a great location. We were able to walk to all of the landmarks, most in 20 minutes or less. It also felt very safe with many great restaurants and shopping nearby. The condo is spacious and the rooms are on different floors for great privacy. Each room also has it's own terrace which was nice. Highly recommended, especially for families.

Great location, friendly suburb outside of the aeralian walls, lots of local spots, very close metro with a change at termini gets you anywhere in Rome. Riccardo and co were very helpful, I recommend this air BNB.

This place is a steal! The location of the apartment is beautiful - great neighborhood and just a few minutes away from the Vatican city's St Peter's Square and Castel Sant'Angelo on foot. The apartment is more than spacious for two people and very comfortable. Agata has been a great host, very friendly and responsive. We loved our stay and would plan another vacation at this property in a heartbeat!
