A very spacious and well-equipped place to stay. Very close to downtown but in a very quiet area. 100% recommended.

Adria and Giancarlo welcomed us helped us check in even we arrived late at night. They patiently showed us around the house and provided lots of must-visit places around. We felt just like at home. The house was spotless clean, cozy, and filled with thoughtful touches. It was better than the images showed. We had a wonderful stay. Just like the previous visitor's rate, 5 stars, no doubt!!! Strongly recommend to everyone would like to stay around.

The house has a great Italian atmosphere, with all the comforts and very excellent furnishings. When it's hot, you can enjoy the beautiful landscape in the shade on the terrace or have breakfast together in the morning sun. Six of us were on vacation here for 10 days, we saw a lot and we received answers to all the questions from Nilvana and her daughter Laura. We were also supported with a necessary car repair. The highlight was the private tour of the olive oil mill for us, during which we naturally stocked up on olive oil. The location is also great - the sea is about an hour away, San Marino and/or Urbina and Urbino are about 30 minutes away. We felt very comfortable at the farm of Lorenzo and his family. We were greeted with cakes and delicious jams, thank you very much. Urbino is a charming town and can be reached in 2 km If you have a dog, you might want to know that a weapons factory nearby tests and fires its weapons at different times
