It is at about 5 km from Lucca,medieval town, birth place of the opera composer Puccini. You can hike or bike ride on the river park, go to the seaside,only 20km away. High above the plains of Lucca, in the tiny village of Gignano di Brancoli, you find this former part of a small monastery. Cozy small and very old house, renewed around year 2000. The house is serviced by English speaking neighbors. They help you with whatever you need. No wifi, free parking 200 m from house (often busy, so sometimes you must walk a bit more). No public transport except school bus. If you bring your own bedsheets & towels, we will refund you 15€ of the cleaning fee.
