“La Dogana” (your house in Collodi in Tuscany)

Pretty detached residence forming part of a larger cottage surrounded by a fenced green space. The accommodation is located a few minutes from Collodi (the Village of Pinocchio), on the border between the hills of Lucca and Montecatini Terme. Lucca is only 13 km away. Excellent support also for visiting Florence, Vinci,Pisa, Viareggio and Forte Dei Marmi. The house consists of two apartments obtained from a wing of the "Gave" manor house located in Sorana, a small village in the heart of "Svizzera Pesciatina" in Tuscany. The house is ideal for those looking for relax in an atmosphere impossible to find in the most famous tourist locations. Surrounded by terraces where the olive trees are grown and open on the hillside offers a large fenced garden to allow you and your pets to spend a pleasant holiday.

The Tower

The house is located in Bagnolo, a small hamlet of Impruneta at the gates of Chianti, an area of olive groves, vineyards and peace. The house is about 10 km by car from the center of Florence.

The house was completely renovated in 2017, "outer coat", LED lighting, inverter air conditioning, all for a low environmental impact. The decor is modern, set in a typical Tuscan house with wooden beams and roof finished with "bricks" typical Tuscan brick. The exterior offers a corner reserved from prying eyes, intended to solarium and in summer a small hydromassage pool will brighten your return from the magnificent city of art in Tuscany.
