The apartment is located in San Paolo, one of the most characteristic and naturalistic areas of Ragusa Ibla, characterized by small steps that rise up the hill, some waterfalls and a big rock of white stone overlooking the foreshortening. Residenze San Paolo is really easy to reach, it is located at the entrance of Ibla, close to the comunal Parking and the center is easily accessible on feet. House description: On the ground floor there is the entrance and the first double bedroom with bathroom and shower ensuite. On the first floor is located the second room, which can act both as a living room or 2 ° bedroom thanks to a convertible sofa, with adjoining bathroom and shower. Finally, also on the first floor there are the dining room and the kitchen, in country style and equipped with stove, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. All rooms are air conditioned with inverters and two bedrooms are equipped with usb television.

Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. An incredibly beautifully located apartment with wonderful views . Ornella is friendly and helpful and always responds quickly however many questions you have . Gave tips on what to see / do in Modica . The neighbor wife received us and came with food which was appreciated . Absolutely nothing to complain about .

Beautiful place to be, ideally located, just a few stairs away from the middle of Modica, with some limitations on the view from the property. All fine from our perspective. We enjoyed our stay very much. Modica is a good starting point for journeys to Noto valley and a little quieter than Noto or Ragusa.

The apartment is nicely renovated, neatly decorated and comfortable. The kitchen has everything you need, the mattress was new and rests very well in it. Quiet neighborhood, nice and close to everything. In the time when we visited (Mayo) it was easy to park in the blue area of Corso Umberto I. Centrally located to visit Modica and the whole valley of Noto (which we did until we reached Syracuse and the beaches). Great apartment and city, Giorgio very friendly. We hope to return.

Great stay! The apartment has every comfort, you can feel the attention from the owners (iron, air fryer, water and abundant breakfasts). I can't find any flaws!! Elisabetta welcomed us in the best possible way. We'll be back :)
